Le encantará el exuberante follaje tropical que rodea nuestra casa moderna de mediados del siglo bellamente diseñada. Privado, cerca de la playa, de excelentes restaurantes y tiendas en el famoso Las Olas Blvd, ¡todo dentro de un corto paseo de 3/4 millas!

Recientemente, esta propiedad ha sido completa y profesionalmente
renovado con atención a los detalles personalizados. Los tres dormitorios (2 camas de tamaño queen y 1 de tamaño completo) tienen sus propios baños de lujo. La gran cocina de la parte superior de la línea está completamente equipada y completa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable que incluyen una placa de inducción, encimeras de piedra y toneladas de almacenamiento. Las amplias áreas de estar están recién amuebladas con muebles de primera calidad, un gran salón con televisión (65 pulgadas), sala de estar cómoda, amplio comedor y área de oficina / escritorio. It is rare that the actual rental property surpasses its website photos in attractiveness and appeal. Ed’s property definitely does. As soon as we walked in we were so impressed by the quality of the furniture and the tasteful high end decor. The place was so airy, comfortable and well appointed. The pool/yard area was well designed and landscaped. Ed was very responsive and accommodating. We will rebook this place again.

Beautiful home in amazing location

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the pool, and appreciated being so close to Las Olas restaurants, and to the beach. This was our second stay at this property and we'd love to return in future.

I can’t say enough good things about this home! Perfect location, gorgeous amenities, walking distance to restaurants. Ed was so easy to contact with any questions and very responsive. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this Fort Lauderdale home.

What a great house!

Absolutely loved this house and our stay while visiting Florida over the holidays. Amazing location - just a short walk to Las Olas Blvd restaurants and stores and the beach! House is a great size to be together with family but also apart from one another. And what a great pool! Big and warm! Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic house and location

We had a fantastic time at the house . The house was in superb condition and very clean . The location is as good as it gets in Fort Lauderdale . Close to the beach and walkable to las olas Blvd . Ed the property manager was very responsive and we would Definitely come back again . Highly recommend

We very much enjoyed staying here! It was very easy to feel right at home. The kitchen is great and the house has everything you need to feel comfortable. Ed is readily available and so helpful. The property is beautiful and the location is great. Would highly recommend it.

Lovely Home - better than the pictures!

Really nice home: Comfortable, clean and plenty of room for 5 us; Located near everything, yet private, quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood; Bluntly: the house is better than the online photos (what a nice surprise.) We’ll be back!

Oasis like….

Great house impeccably decorated and stocked with utilities and everything you need to relax and enjoy. The layout is fantastic and the outdoor space is even better. You are in your own little oasis in the back with a great pool and relaxing atmosphere. Host (Ed) extremely responsive and helpful. We’ll be back for sure…. Outstanding time

First Class Throughout

Location is about halfway between the ocean and the Los Olas restaurant and shopping scene, making both within walking distance. Yet the home is not in the middle of Fort Lauderdale traffic. Bedrooms, kitchen, appliances, baths, common areas and flooring are all modern and up to date. All three bedrooms have separate bathrooms. Interior and exterior lighting is plentiful, flattering to the location, and added to a feeling of security. The outside landscaping is obviously a work of pride and provides privacy for the pool and outdoor seating areas without feeling walled in. Heated pool actually works and is large enough for swimming laps. This was our third stay here, and we’ll look forward to the next.

Perfect family getaway!

I wish I could add extra stars to this review! The host and house could not have been more perfect! We brought our boat and had easy access to open water! The house is located conveniently to all shops and restaurants and also easy to access. The house is not only spectacular but extremely clean! So nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom! The beds are super comfy as well as furniture in open area! My personal favorite is the pool! It’s perfect size for families with children (including my 2 teenagers! Lol!) The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to use for any type of meal. The host has toiletries from hand soap to shampoo/conditioner to dishwashing and laundry detergent. All rooms are spacious and so many cool lighting features! This listing is all the way around phenomenal!! The host is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He will make sure all accommodations are met! Highly recommend this place if in Fort Lauderdale!!

Wonderful and relaxing stay

I would rate the property akin to a 5 star hotel. When we arrived everything was prepared and made up. Small touches like providing beach towels, soaps in every bathroom and enough toilet paper for 2 weeks, make a big difference when renting a house for vacation. Designed beautifully in keeping with the area. Luxury finishes to bathrooms and kitchen. Open plan layout makes for a spacious feel which flows out to the pool. Good size pool for a family of 6 where we spent our days, not overlooked at all but still on the canal so we could sit and watch the boats whilst doing a spot of fishing. My experience was it was the 'wealthier' area of Fort Lauderdale between the beach and the restaurants and cafes on Las Olas. A beautiful tree lined road with luxury houses. Ed was great, communicative when needed but let us enjoy the house in peace. Had a minor issue with the AC but he had it fixed within the hour. Would definitely come back.

Just what we needed!

This an absolutely lovely home with a terrific design. We were 5 adults and it never felt crowded. Each room has a designated bathroom which is terrific. As fantastic as the home is, the pool and landscaping steal the show. Lush landscaping that provides privacy from the canal and a nice sized pool with high end furniture are spot on. Ed the owner was easy to communicate with and we would absolutely recommend this home to any of our friends. We hope to return. Thank you Ed.

Incredible home in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed a restful vacation at this house. The owner was very pleasant to deal with, the house was spotless and the location incredible. The house and outside areas actually feel larger than they appear to in the photos.

Excellent Property

This was our 3rd time staying here, We like the area, and this House. Very clean and in a great neighborhood. Close to Beach, Restaurants and Shops on Los Olas Blvd. Pool area private with landscaping. We will stay here again. Ed the owner is quick with any questions you have.

The Grizwald’s Christmas Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at 55 Fiesta Way. The house was perfect for my wife and I and our three daughters. It is well appointed with everything a family needs to relax and enjoy themselves. The location is really a high point of this VRBO. It is walking distance to the beach or town. The only issue we had were a few appliances broke while we were there. Steve came over to fix them the next morning after I brought the issue to Ed the owner of the home. I would recommend this home for 4-6 people.

Nice place but...

We arrived early due to the only available flights out of AC and we contacted the owner to find out if we could get in earlier and he said yes which was a big help to us and we appreciated that. In the pictures, it shows every bedroom has a TV, not so when we got there. The property outside was kind of messy but it has to be kept up on a daily basis to keep things neat due to the amount of foliage on the property. The outdoor furniture was dirty and moldy. The table outside was full of wax when we got there. The furniture inside was nice looking but the pieces in front of the TV were very uncomfortable. I loved all the windows and there was a lot of privacy which I also liked. When someone took a shower, the hot water was all gone so the next person had to wait for the water to heat up again-not cool. We were right off of Los Olas where the buying street is located and it's walkable. The beach is also walkable if you don't have a lot of stuff. Parking at Los Olas Beach is a nightmare so we ended up going to Lauderdale By the Sea and loved the cute little beachy town. Plus you could rent an umbrella and chairs for the day which makes things so easy. They also have a great little place to eat right off the beach called Aruba's and we ordered the most delicious snow crab which was in season-fabulous! All in all, Ft. Lauderdale is not our bag. We prefer Captiva but tried Ft. Lauderdale due to the red tide the West coast of Fl dealt with last year. Ft. Lauderdale is all about the beach eating and drinking. That's fine but I prefer Captiva. We probably won't return to the Ft. Lauderdale area. There's a ton of traffic and this was before the busy season, so imagine when it's in season!

I have owned several properties in Ft. Lauderdale but this is my favorite!
The location to the best of what Ft Lauderdale has to offer, is right here just off Las Olas Boulevard. Walk east to the exciting FTL beach, boat rides, parasailing and bars or west to world class shopping at the Shops on LasOlas and fabulous restaurants.

The style of the home and the renovations that were done to it, make living there luxuriously easy. You will be sad to leave it.

This property is professionally landscaped and maintained with a wide variety of beautiful mature plants and trees. The yard is private from neighbors but sunny and shady, as well.

My favorite place is in the backyard at the circular sectional sofa. Located between the home and the water, this oasis setting will instantly relax you!
