Hike nearby trails, explore Saint Anthony sand dunes or float and fish the Henry’s Fork River! Pefect for family gatherings & fun! With a king bed, 1 queen bed, 3 twin beds and a queen blow up mattress, all will have a bed to sleep in. This awesome property offers a comfortable stay for all our guests to enjoy the convenience and amenities like WiFi, AC, fireplace, washer and dryer and landscaped yard. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes and major appliances. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers, towels and soaps. Wonderful Small Town Stay

We had a great stay in Sugar City. The home was in good shape. Very clean. The beds were comfortable. We slept as a family of 6 and had plenty of room. Woul recommend you book here.

Great Stay

We stayed at this cute house for a getaway vacation to see Yellowstone and ride our side-by-side. The house seemed brand new and was stocked with the basic necessities. They were extremely responsive to any questions and comments. We would recommend this place to anybody.

Family Reunion

The house and property are brand new in a very quiet and conveniently located neighborhood. This house is perfect for a family. We were visiting family in Rexburg and found the location to be perfect for our needs. The home is beautifully decorated and the host was very helpful if we had questions.

Perfect Location, Modern Comfort, and Exceptional Hospitality

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautifully new and spotlessly clean, with a fantastic central location. It’s just a quick 10-minute drive to Walmart and a variety of great restaurants, making it super convenient for everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and went open to accommodating our late check-out request, which we really appreciated. The property is ideally situated—about 1.5 hours from both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks entrance—making it the perfect base for exploring the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

Great summer week

We enjoyed our week long stay. Great location near the main highway and lots of restaurants nearby. Loved the ping pong/pool table even though it is a smaller version. Our teens kept themselves busy at night playing. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Just a tip if you are light sleeper: bring noise machine and ear plugs since neighbor behind house lets their dogs out early around 6 am and they would bark.
