The Space:

Cannonballs in the pool, a heated rematch on the basketball court, and the whole crew gathered around the fire pit under the string lights. Welcome to the Desert Social Club, our sun-soaked North Scottsdale home built for groups who love to play hard and unwind together!



Sleeping arrangements:



• Bedroom 1: King bed, queen sofa bed, and a dedicated workspace

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed

• Bedroom 4: Queen bed

• Bedroom 5: Two full-over-full bunk beds, a lounge area, and a foosball table

• 3 full bathrooms, including one with dual sinks



Every bedroom has its own smart TV, so movie night never needs a vote.



The kitchen: Whip up a feast in a fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and a big island where everyone ends up hanging out. The Keurig will be ready for you in the morning.



The living and game room: An open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and game room, so nobody misses the fun. Sink into the plush sofa in front of the 65" TV, or settle the ping pong, pool table, and arcade debates once and for all!



The backyard: This is where the magic happens. Float in the private pool, soak in the hot tub, grill dinner on the patio, and wrap up the night with cornhole and putt-putt under the string lights.



Perfect for families, friend trips, and multi-generational getaways who want room to spread out and plenty to do without leaving home.



Our local team is just a message away during your stay, so all you have to do is relax and enjoy the desert sunshine!



Guest Access:

You'll have the entire home and backyard to yourselves with easy keypad entry. The only spot that's off-limits is one locked owner's closet.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into a peaceful North Scottsdale neighborhood, you're close to just about everything that makes this area so fun.



Shopping & dining: About 10 minutes to the upscale shops, patios, and restaurants around Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter.



Nightlife & culture: Roughly 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale for galleries, boutiques, and a lively evening scene.



Golf: Plenty of world-class courses nearby, many within a 15 to 20 minute drive.



Outdoors: Desert hiking and biking trails are about 20 to 30 minutes away. Bring your camera for those sunset views!



Uber and Lyft are easy to find throughout the area.

To keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask that:



• The primary guest is at least 25 years old.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Parking is limited to the driveway, with space for up to 4 cars.



The pool is not heated, so it's at its best during the warmer months.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



No pets allowed.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



An exterior security camera is installed on the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
