Welcome to Mont-Blanc, our ski-in/out townhouse! Relax in this 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath retreat, complete with a workspace for business on-the-go and a cozy basement for chill nights in. This home is an outdoor enthusiast’s dream, with mountain biking trails accessible by lift at MBPark Mont-Blanc. You have your own private hot tub and access to the shared inground pool in the Summer. Just a 5-minute drive from Saint-Jovite, you are closely located to Tremblant’s best restaurants and local shops.
The main living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, electric fireplace, and Smart TV. The open concept design and abundant windows provide lots of natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and a Nespresso coffee maker - all you need is your food and spices! The dining area seats 10, so everyone can get together on those nights when you`re not dining at one of Saint-Jovite`s local restaurants.
There are 4 bedrooms in this home, 3 upstairs and one in the basement. Bedroom #1, the primary, has a King size bed, workspace, and closet, and full ensuite. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are upstairs and each have a queen size bed. In the basement, you’ll find bedroom #4 with two twin over double bunk beds. There are 3.5 bathrooms in total including the primary bedroom ensuite.
An EV charging station is available for guests with electric vehicles.
In the Winter, you can enjoy the convenience of walking right to the slopes and enjoying activities such as snowshoeing and hiking, all accessible by foot.
In the Summer, the Zone MB water park has lots of adventure activities including wakeboarding, mountain biking, and Wibit - an inflatable water obstacle course!

Cette maison est un rêve pour les amateurs de plein air, avec des pistes de vélo de montagne magnifiquement entretenues, accessibles par remontée mécanique au MBPark Mont-Blanc. Vous disposez également d`un bain à remous privé et d`un accès à la piscine creusée commune pendant les mois d`été. À 5 minutes en voiture de Saint-Jovite, vous êtes à proximité des meilleurs restaurants et boutiques de Tremblant.
L`espace
Le salon principal est meublé d`un canapé confortable, d`un foyer électrique et d`une télévision intelligente. Le concept ouvert et les nombreuses fenêtres apportent beaucoup de lumière naturelle.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, des ustensiles de cuisson, des couverts, des ustensiles et une cafetière Nespresso - tout ce dont vous avez besoin, c`est de votre nourriture et de vos épices ! La salle à manger peut accueillir 10 personnes, ce qui permet à tout le monde de se réunir les soirs où vous ne dînez pas dans l`un des restaurants locaux de Saint-Jovite.
Il y a 4 chambres dans cette maison, 3 à l`étage et une au sous-sol. La chambre 1, la principale, dispose d`un lit king size, d`un espace de travail, d`un placard et d`une salle de bain complète. Les chambres 2 et 3 sont situées à l`étage et disposent chacune d`un lit double. Au sous-sol, vous trouverez la chambre n°4 avec deux lits superposés. Il y a 3,5 salles de bains au total, y compris la salle de bains de la chambre principale.
Accès des invités
Une borne de recharge pour véhicules électriques est disponible pour les clients qui possèdent un véhicule électrique.
En hiver, vous pouvez vous rendre directement sur les pistes et profiter d`activités telles que la raquette et la randonnée, toutes accessibles à pied.
En été, le parc aquatique Zone MB propose de nombreuses activités d`aventure, notamment le wakeboard, le VTT et le Wibit, un parcours d`obstacles gonflables dans l`eau !
Le Sentier des Cîmes, une attraction 4 saisons, se trouve également à proximité. Il s`agit d`un parcours en spirale de 40 mètres qui vous emmène au-dessus de la forêt et vous offre des vues impressionnantes.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
