Fully remote and automated self check-in with smart locks. Parking lot with open parking spaces. Ample street parking is adjacent to the building.

Located in Downtown Tacoma between New Tacoma and Hilltop, in an area which is similar to other inner city neighborhoods. While the neighborhood is undergoing rapid gentrification, the area still has its challenges and room for improvement.
The building has security cameras on the outside of the building and all apartment doors have deadbolt locks.
Easy access to all major freeways and Tacoma attractions!

As an additional safety measure and due to our check-in procedures being fully remote, we ask all guests to verify their identities and sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. Much like a hotel asks for ID and to sign some papers at the front desk, we do the same, but our process is entirely online and seamless with a few clicks!

HOUSE RULES

1. No smoking allowed in the apartment or on the premises, to include smoking of: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, marijuana, etc. Ash trays will not be provided.

2. Please try to keep the place clean and tidy. There will be no room service or house keeping throughout your stay.

3. Bathroom amenities (hair dryer, towel, etc.) and a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, plates, cookware) will be available for your use, but please, they are not for guests to take home. Please be courteous and leave them for future guests to enjoy. Thank you :)

4. If something is damaged, please let me know before you check out. It’s not a problem, these things happen :) it's a lot easier for me to coordinate for a repair or replacement the sooner we know.

5. Check In: 4PM, Check Out: 11AM
These times can be flexible depending on if there is a guest staying before you. We have no issues with early check in if there is no guest the night prior to your stay and the house is already cleaned.
