Perfect for large families, or groups, this home features an elevator, indoor pool, game room, and theater. Enjoy stunning, unobstructed views of Gatlinburg and Mount Leconte. Only 6 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge. each of the eight bedrooms have an attached bathroom with shower. There are an additional 3 half baths with 11 bathrooms total. Main floor has two master king Suites The top floor has a king master suite and a bunk room with two bunkbeds Four beds total The bottom beds, being full mattresses, and the Top being twin mattresses The bottom floor has three king master suites and one bunk room with two beds, the bottom being a full mattress and the top being a full mattress. The bottom floor also has a small kitchen The entire home is available excluding the garage. Answers to common questions 1. How many refrigerators are in the house? There are two refrigerators 14 foot wide commercial grade one in the main kitchen on the main floor and a regular size refrigerator in the downstairs kitchenette. 2. How many dishwashers are in the house? There are three dishwasher two on the main floor and one downstairs. 3. Is ice provided? Both refrigerators make ice but not enough for large groups. It's best to purchase bags of ice at the store. 4. Are there condiments or food items in the house? No, we do not supply condiments like salt and pepper or ketchup and mustard in the house. You may find some there left over from previous guest. We have found since Covid people do not like opened or previously used condiments. 5. Is there an oven in a cooktop? Yes, there is an oven in a cooktop on the main floor. There is not one downstairs. The cooktop requires induction compatible pots, and pans, which we provide. 4 pots are provided 6. Is there a microwave? Yes there is a microwave on both the main floor and the bottom floor. 7. Is the water drinkable? Yes it is city water. 8. Do you have enough dishes and silverware for a large group? Yes, we provide enough plates, bowls, cups, and silverware for 18 people. 9. what type of small kitchen appliances do you have? We have a four slot toaster blender, electric griddle electric skillet with lid, Insta pot, crockpot, hand, mixer, baking supplies, casserole, dishes, and serving dishes. 10. Is there a coffee pot? Yes we have a Keurig duo machine on both the main and bottom floors they can brew a full pot of coffee or a single cup. There's a permanent filter in the coffee pot. The machine uses K cup disposable pods as well. 11. Do you provide towels and sheets, provide sheets, blankets, bathhouse, hand towels in pool towels there are four full-size bath towels in each master bath if you feel that you will need more gang stay there is a washer and dryer available in the house. Are you welcome to bring some towels of your own. 12. Is there a washer and dryer? Yes there's a washer and dryer on the main floor and another set downstairs. We also provide an iron and a steam iron. 13. Do you have hairdryers ?yes there are hair dryer and every bathroom. 14. Do you provide paper products, and soap? Yes we provide a STARTER supply that will last a few days until you get to the store. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher, pods, hand soap, laundry detergent, pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, and a few trash bags we do not provide shampoo or bars of soap. I will reiterate, there is not enough to last for your entire stay as people stay different length of time. And most people like to use their own brands and products. 15. Is there a grill? Yes, there's a propane grill on the porch of the main floor. 16. Where are the fireplaces located? There are five gas fireplaces one in the main floor living room. One in the downstairs living room one on the main porch floor and one in each of the two main floor bedrooms bedroom one and two. 17. Are there DVD players or VCR in the house? No, we do not have DVD players or VR however we have 11 brand new smart TVs that support streaming as well as Samsung and spectrum TV channels the theater room and both living rooms are equipped with round sound. 18. Is there a highchair or a pack and play? Yes, both are available. 19. Are there baby gates ? NO we do not provide baby gates 20. Is there a lock on the pool room door? Yes the pool room door has a deadbolt lock 21. Is the pool heated? Yes the pool is heated. 22. Is there a spa? Yes the spa overflows into the pool. 23. Does the elevator go to all floors? Yes, the elevator goes to all three floors. 24. How many beds are there? There are six king beds and three bunk beds. The three bunk beds consist of four full-size mattresses and two twin size mattresses. -the main floor has two bedrooms each with a king bed -the top floor has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two bunk beds, each a twin on top and a fall on the bottom this is usually the kids favorite room -the bottom floor has four bedrooms three with king beds and one with a bunk bed fULL on top and bottom 25. Do you have electric recliners? We do not have individual recliners, but we do have electric recliners that are attached to A LARGE sectional sofa. 26. Is there trash pick up? Yes trash is picked up on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the main road. There are four trash bins. Please take trash out every day or two if you wait until the end of your stay all garbage may not fit in the bins most people, place garbage in the trunk of their car and drive it to the street. We kindly ask that you do not rearrange a furniture decorations everything is placed, intentionally to maintain the comfort aesthetic of the home There may be a white Chevy pick up truck in the driveway. It is my personal truck when I go to the house. The house is brand new. There may be a few bugs. We have not worked out yet. Please let me know if you find anything. Currently a few few windows are leaking. The window company has been called. The showers on the top third floor will leak through the ceiling below if the shower door is not closed all the way, we have found that children usually stay on the top floor and splash water all over the bathroom floor. Please advise them to keep water off the bathroom floor or use towels to absorb it if they do. NO PETS ALLOWED
