WE are proud to offer you a vacation for the first time this 2025 season. Brand New. 7 beds, 7 baths, featuring some of the best amenities of the southern states. Is Music your thing? You will want to check out the Tennessee room, guitars, and music stars. Georgia displays peaches and GWTW.

The KY room features Derby, horses, tobacco, and the champ of boxing. Walk into Texas, where you'll see cowhides, long horns, cotton, and yellow roses. The bath features wood tile walls that evoke the old West.

A farming display shows exhibits of crops in several states. A family heirloom tractor straight off the farm (1954 A Farmall and of course its red. It's parked near the pool and grill for eating at the snack bar.

Inside the wall is an alligator hide descending the steps, with a gargoyle watching. There are ducks, turtles, Peaches, and bulldogs, football, a music wall, and a Harley on display. Unusual? Yes, but what fun as you explore each room. Set by a stone wall fireplace when chilled and watch a 75" flat screen.

This vacation home has something for everyone. The Fleur de Lis is featured in the Louisiana room, accompanied by magnolias, and the Gulf of America room has numerous beds for young guests.

Arkansas finds one sleeping in the bed of a 1963 Chevrolet pickup truck. And a fight is on for the Alabama room, huge room, double vanity, private commode area, and of all things........''A RED soaking bathtub to bathe and lounge in, looking out at the Gulf. Be sure and look for the Bear's picture...... A dream of a kitchen so spacious and all the bells and whistles, and a deluxe quartz top, 12-foot seating bar.

90-degree panoramic Gulf views that span the entire south and west side of the house. There are eight patio doors allowing full view of the Gulf opening to huge decks.

There are restaurants nearby, close shopping, and close churches; you find it all after swimming and a sunny day in the Gulf or the private pool.

Nights enjoy a romantic stroll, off the wooden ramp leading to the white sandy beach, where there is never a crowd. There is plenty of space for large groups,
