Welcome to our newly renovated first-floor apartment, thoughtfully designed with comfort, style, and functionality in mind. Perfect for families or groups, this spacious home features four bedrooms with three cozy queen-size beds and one full-size bed, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

The apartment includes a modern bathroom with a shower and a fully updated kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The open and functional layout offers the perfect space to work, relax, or simply enjoy your time in comfort.

For your comfort during warmer months, the home is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Mini-split air conditioners are installed in the master bedroom and living room. There is also a portable AC unit in the back room. Additionally, every bedroom and living room is equipped with a ceiling fan to help keep the home cool and comfortable.

Please note that a washer and dryer are available on the property for your convenience. Laundry is coin-operated, so you will need to bring quarters to use the machines.

Parking is available in the shared parking lot. There are four parking spaces total—two for the first-floor apartment and two for the second-floor apartment. Please use only the two spaces for this apartment. Additional street parking is available if needed.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire first-floor apartment, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. There are two convenient entrances—one at the front and one at the back—providing flexible access to the property. You'll also have access to a private backyard, perfect for relaxing outdoors or enjoying a meal al fresco.

The living room features a Smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and unwind after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and other essential appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
