Shoppers flock to San Francisco Premium Outlets for bargains on designer fashions and housewares. Dublin hosts a massive festival each March for St. Patrick's Day. The city has its own BART station, West Dublin/Pleasanton, for quick connections to San Francisco and the rest of Silicon Valley.
