Come on into this stylish modern townhouse, this home away from home—sunsoaked-filled space, centrally located in Mount Maunganui.
You will be close to all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay that feels like home. Walking distance to the beach, top local cafes, New World, Blake Park, Bay Oval, McDonald's, The Mount shopping & dining strip.
Our lovely guests will have full access to our beautiful townhouse
Upstairs:
High stud open plan living area which consists of a modern main lounge room with smart TV, 6x seater dining table area, 4x person breakfast bar, and large kitchen with all modern amenities: oven with hobs, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, sugar, air fryer, SodaStream and more for all your needs. A large heat pump to warm and cool the space as needed.
Sun-filled deck area with couch chairs, and Webber BBQ to use at your discretion
Bedroom 1: Large main bedroom with a super king bed, set of drawers, full-length mirror, wardrobe, occasional chair, and access to ensuite bathroom
Large bathroom with full-size bathtub with separate shower, and heated towel rails. Hair dryer, hair straighteners available for use also.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with single bed, double bed and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with double bed, smart TV, outdoor space with clothesline.
Bathroom: Shower & Toilet with heated towel rails.
Laundry with new washing machine, dryer, and washing tub.
Parking: A large secure double-car garage space with an extra car park in front of the garage is available.
Access: Available via secure lockbox for the front door, also via the main garage on floor level
Interaction with guests: We are available for our guests day or night, any queries we can be contacted directly, this is not managed via an agency.
