Welcome to your new beach sanctuary near the heart of Wildwood's entertainment district! Contemporary renovations coupled with modern accommodations and a superior location await you in this PET FRIENDLY gem. Nestled in the residential area of Northern Pacific Avenue, this home offers economical seashore relaxation while still in fantastic proximity to Wildwood’s entertainment district.

Located two and a half blocks from the Beaches and Boardwalk, this three bedroom, two bathroom, first floor, pet friendly unit must be experienced in person to truly be appreciated. Each improvement has been installed with the family trip to the beach in mind and updates are consistent. A plethora of exquisite dining, shopping, and entertainment options just a short distance away on New Jersey, Pacific, Atlantic, or Ocean Ave, on the Boardwalk, or by the Bay offer unlimited opportunities to experience a different taste and style of Wildwood each day. If you need more space, be sure to check if the first floor unit is available. Although Goodnight Irene's across the street is closed, a Philadelphia restaurant called the Rook has purchased the property and is now open!
The more popular way of entry is to park off Juniper Ave, then enter through the ground level rear door located underneath the 2nd floor external staircase. By entering through the rear door, guests will find themselves positioned within a stunning kitchen with the two parking passes provided by the owner(s) located in the hooks on the wall behind the rear entry door. With ample convenience, amenities, and dining accommodations at the counter, this beautifully renovated kitchen will be a family hub during any stay. Across from the kitchen, in the eastern most end of the unit, sits a Pyramid Bedroom with a view of the shared rear patio. (Pyramid Bed = 1 Twin, 1 Double) Proceeding further into the unit, a second Pyramid Bedroom will appear to the left, just before a utility closet with a stacked washer and dryer. Immediately following the utility closet, the first of two bathrooms will also appear to the left. Across from this hallway full bathroom is the dining area, complimented with a gorgeous tiled table and accented chairs. For those nights with additional guests, supplemental dining accommodations for 7 can be found at the kitchen counter. Located at the western most end of the home lies the living area with a sofa, chair, and most importantly, a 56” flat-screen television. This area also makes an excellent location to people watch or read while taking a break from the heat of the Summer. Across from the living area lies the Master Suite with a Queen Bed. This bedroom is every parent’s dream as it connects via a Jack n Jill full bathroom to the middle pyramid bedroom; perfect for checking in on the kids while offering still privacy.

Cancellation Policy: All payments towards the reservation total are refundable, minus 3% card processing fee, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

The amenities package includes bedsheets for all beds and towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Items will be individually wrapped inside grey plastic storage totes and orange dry-cleaning bags and located near the unit’s entry upon your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Blankets and Pillows for Sleeping (just in case), Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows, Bedspreads / Comforters are provided. To reserve your amenities package, contact Kelly with Beach Home Services at beachhomelinens@gmail.com before the day of checkin.
