Welcome to your dream vacation home, a stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath oasis nestled along a serene canal. This beautifully appointed retreat combines comfort with modern amenities, ensuring your stay is as relaxing as it is enjoyable.
Bedrooms: Enjoy restful nights in our spacious primary bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a standup glass shower.
The two guest bedrooms, each with comfortable queen-size beds, ensure everyone has their own space.
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are equipped with double sinks, making morning routines a breeze for everyone.
Entertainment & Relaxation: Gather in the living room or the downstairs oasis, both equipped with smart TVs for your viewing pleasure.
Step outside to your private paradise: a beautiful pool by the canal, perfect for swimming or lounging. An outdoor shower adds convenience for poolside fun or to rinse off after a long day on the boat. There is a boat lift at this home available to use during your stay. Guests MUST meet with the local boat lift company to do a quick orientation on how to use this prior to using the boat lift. We will arrange this for you, so please let us know when we could arrange that meeting.
Enjoy alfresco dining on the upstairs balcony, complete with a performer charcoal barbecue grill—ideal for cooking up your fresh catch!
Culinary Delights: Cook up a storm in the fully stocked kitchen featuring an induction stove and an inviting kitchen island with seating for 4. The dining area accommodates 5 to 6 guests, making it perfect for shared meals and laughter. There is a Keurig coffee maker at this home for you to enjoy your favorite brew.
Guests will have access to a boat lift that can accommodate a monohull boat up to 7,000 lbs. For safety and proper use, the owner requires guests to complete a brief orientation with the lift installers (Lifetime staff) prior to use. The owner will cover the cost of this orientation.
Additionally, a bait freezer and a bait-cleaning table are available for your convenience—perfect for prepping your catch of the day!
Adventure Awaits: Explore the islands with our 2 bicycles and 2 kayaks, both available for guest use. Looe Key Tiki Bar & Boondocks Bar and Grille are just a leisurely bike ride away and both spots feature live music every day of the week. And every Saturday, Boondocks Grille & Draft House hosts a lovely Farmer's Market. Other nearby restaurants in the Lower Keys are Square Grouper Bar & Grill, The Bent Prop and Tonio's Seafood!
Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friends along! This home is pet-friendly, accommodating up to two dogs for a $250 pet fee per pet.

This home accommodates up to 2 cars and 1 trailer. If you require additional parking, please contact us to check if extra vehicles can be accommodated.
This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Utilities are included within reason.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
