Pool or spa heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily.
-Must let Host know at least 3 days in advance.
-Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.

House Rules:

No Pets Allowed
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
​​​​​​​Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
