Spacious 3-bedroom penthouse with sea view in Terrazas del Duque

Located in Costa Adeje, this delightful 3-bedroom penthouse apartment offers guests a tremendous stay. With 2 full beds and 1 twin bed, the bedrooms provide a cozy retreat. The 2 bathrooms (one onsuite) are fully equipped with toilet and bath tube (one has a bidet).

Enjoy the very spatious and beautiful living room with large sofas and a dining table for 6 people.

The kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine (dolce gusto), toaster, kettle, and all that you need to prepare a nice meal. There is also a private laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The apartment has two large terraces with beautiful views and an inside patio. The first terrace is one on the main floor, in front of the living room with a beautifull view on the Bahia del Duque and the sea and has four sunbeds and a dining table with six chairs. The second very large terrace is on the second floor and is equipped with four sunbeds and a nice chill out area for 6. There are sunshades in both terraces.
There is free WIFI in the apartment and TV in all languages with films and series.

The complex has two heated swimming pools, a massage center, and you can have a private parking upon request.

Natty was an excellent host, very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was bright and spacious and very clean and quiet. There was everything you need for a comfortable holiday and is in walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Two lovely sunny terraces. We will definitely return.

Surpassed our expectations

A really unique, spacious apartment. The patios had plenty of space and comfortable sun beds. We were pleased with the location. Plenty of lovely restaurants and superb beaches. A local market and bus stop very close.

Absolutely stunning apartment. So quirky with the courtyard in the centre. Spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Sun all day on the 2 large terraces. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a 24/7 supermarket just next to the entrance which is really handy. Nathalie is a great host. We were able to get into the apartment early which was fab. Nathalie also arranged a taxi for us when we were leaving. We would definitely love to stsy here again

Beautiful 3 bedroom ocean view apartment

The apartment was very spacious for the 5 of us, with a lovely patio. We made good use of the swimming pool in the complex, and also nearby restaurants and shops. We could walk to 2 beaches, but often used taxis to return as the walk was steep for elderly family members.Nathalie was available, friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay here. The apartment is an excellent size. Kitchen facilities are great and the outdoor spaces are brilliant. Bedrooms and bathrooms are big , spacious and comfortable.The whole apartment was spotless.Location wise is very central to Adeje. Everything is in walking distance.We found using the bus was excellent they run regular and are very cheap and don’t take long to get about.All in we were super happyWith the apartment. Fantastic apartment in the best area of Costa Adeje.The apartment itself is brilliantly furnished, with everything you could need for your stay. The kitchen has a vast array of tools and electrical items, (including the electric orange juicer that I only discovered on the last day.)The parking space in the garage which is just along the corridor was an added bonus.Along with the usual linen and bath towels you would expect, a large beach towel for each of us was available.The only real niggle for us was the communal pool is quite a trek from the apartment itself (especially with 3 kids) It’s a few floors above, down one lift and up two others, so if you forgot to take anything up with you, it was a pain having to head back down again. But certainly not the end of the world!Nathalie is a fantastic host and responsive, available by text or phone call if ever needed. She met us late on a Saturday night to check us in and show us around, explaining where everything was and how everything worked.Milk, water and wine in the fridge was also a nice touch! We highly recommend Casa Katrine!

Beautiful spacious apartment

The apartment was superb. I cannot find anything negative to say. We loved the huge balcony with loungers and large table and chairs. The upper terrace is also large with ample seating. The complex was clean and quiet. The pool area was equally clean with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The apartment had everything we needed and very grateful for the dishwasher. There is a 24/7 shop just outside the main entrance which is so useful and 2 very good supermarkets within walking distance. A shopping trolley is available to use in the apartment which were very thankful for. There is a lovely shopping/restaurant complex within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop also just opposite and the bus runs regularly and very cheap. Otherwise a good 30 minute walk to Fanabe or the Punto marina.Nathalia was great looking after us and although we had a couple of issues, these were dealt with quickly. Communication was very good. I would definitely recommend this apartment and the complex. Only suggestion would be to have a BBQ available.

Fabulous location

Excellent location, pick up of keys so easy and friendly welcome, host very nice. Accomodation excellent for our stay with both kids and my parents. Excellent value. Little unnerved by some of the expensive art and delicate lamps with kids (concern re accidental breaks) and a new piece which hung above kids bed which once drawn attention to I did worry what if it fell on them from safety aspect. Otherwise very nice. Pool upstairs nice to have this extra. Only let down was air con was faulty in kids bedroom and then back bedroom and although a fan was brought for kids room after one missed message and a day, when the other broke no fan or resolution was made. I understood this was due to a serious unforeseen personal circumstance, however this is a business and there was no contact later or compensation for this which I felt was not professional and I felt the owners could have stepped in, to help their property host and made a gesture in the circumstance to resolve/refund this inconvenience. This was hopefully a unique situ so I would still recommend people to stay here as location fab and overall lovely apartment. Needs an outside light on the terrace.

Dear Claire, Thanks for your review. I'm so sorry for the problems due to the air-conditioning which was not working well. The whole system has now been changed. A brand new air-conditioning has been installed in all rooms, and in the living room too. A discount will be granted to you if you decide to come back as compensation for this inconvenience. There is also a new oven, hob and fridge, outside lamps and new plants on both terraces. Hope to see you again soon, Kindest regards, Nathalie
