Welcome to Willow Point! Escape to this hidden gem located in the forest of Bass Lake’s coveted Willow Cove. This charming A frame blends modern elegance and amenities with timeless character. Thoughtfully designed for a peaceful and upscale retreat, it offers lake views and convenient access to top attractions. Come visit for adventures at Bass Lake or Yosemite National Park, stay for the luxuries and beauty of Willow Point.
As guests of Willow Point, you'll have access to the community dock and our boat slip, allowing you to enjoy all the lake has to offer by water. Dock Rules/rental agreement must be reviewed prior to use. Slip use is subject to lake water level. Typically, the water level in Willow Cove allows for dock usage Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this is heavily dependent on many factors, such as rainfall and water containment. These factors are beyond our control.
There is a wide range of outdoor activities nearby, such as swimming, boating, hiking, fishing, lounging at the dock or nearby beaches, and checking out the various spots to eat. Staying in at the cabin is just as fun, with lots cozy spots to read a book, play games or a puzzle, binge a show, or gather with your group for a meal.
The A-Frame accommodates 12 comfortably and includes 5 bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds and 2 twin beds) and 3 bathrooms. The main level offers a bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower combination.
Please note, due to the way the A-Frame was built into the hill, the only path to the main level from parking area is ascending a set of wood steps. A handrail and lighting is provided. Please read this listing in its entirety and go over the photo tour to properly understand the layout so you can plan your stay.
Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen where you'll find all of the essentials. There is an assortment of appliances including a beautiful Hallman range, selection of coffee makers, and top-of-the-line refrigerator and dishwasher drawers.
The loft space includes a pull out sofa and tv, a bedroom with a king bed, and a half bath.
The lower level is a separate space and has two exterior entrances, accessible by taking the exterior steps down to the garage and walking around the front of the home. This part of the home includes a living space and kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and dishes. There is also a bunk room with two double/twin combos (4 beds total) and a bedroom with a queen bed. Through the garage door, you will find a game space and an extra refrigerator for overflow.
Enjoy the convenience of central heating and air conditioning with separate thermostats on the lower and upper levels, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. Additionally, the loft offers two mini-split systems for additional heating and air conditioning.
A washer and dryer are available for use during your visit. If you wish to stay connected during your stay, you'll have access to Vyve internet and smart TVs with streaming in the lower living room, loft space or select bedrooms.
On the wraparound gated deck, you'll find seating, a barbecue and blackstone griddle for outdoor meals. For relaxing down at the dock, towels, life vests and water toys are available for use during your stay.
Our cabin is dog-friendly on the lower level and the deck, allowing one dog per visit with a fee. All pets MUST be approved by the host. Add your pet to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message. We kindly request that you bring only potty trained and well-behaved dogs, and please do not leave them unattended at any time. A $500 fee or more for unapproved pets will be assessed. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets. Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.

Our A-Frame is located in the Bass Lake community neighborhood and is easily accessible from Road 222. Our driveway can accommodate three cars.
• Community Dock & Boat Slip Access •
Dock access is seasonal. There is a short walk from the cabin to the community dock. No parking at the dock (except for golf carts - which we don't provide). If it is a lot to carry your items to the dock, load up your car with your belongings and drive down to the dock entrance to drop off. Chairs can be left on the dock overnight in a designated space reserved for Willow Point. Upon arrival, you will receive more information about which boat slip is available for use during your stay. You can swim off the dock. There is a ladder at the end of the dock for swimming.
There is a launch ramp next to Bass Lake Water Sports in the marina near The Pines Village. There is a $20 fee per launch or pull out (rate may vary). Trailers can be parked for free at the cabin (depending on the amount of cars) or at The Pines (permit purchase required).
Rent a boat, jet ski, kayak, canoe, or stand up paddle board at Bass Lake Water Sports, The Forks Resort, or Miller’s Landing..
A 1/2 mile walk (10+ minutes) from the cabin or a short 3 minute drive to the town. You will find a general market, gas station, post office, coffee shop, bar, a pizza/ice cream shop, and a few restaurants and other shops.
The southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is just 15 miles away, about a 20 minute drive.
• Shopping •
The larger town of Oakhurst, CA is approx. 7 miles away where you will find bigger grocery stores, a brewery, hardware & auto stores, a movie theater, gas stations, restaurants, shops, drug store/pharmacy, and an urgent care.
• Snow •
During winter (generally December-April), snow is expected in Yosemite. Bass Lake gets more of a light dusting and it typically doesn't stick for long. Please be prepared with all-wheel drive vehicles and chains as they are sometimes required.
• Power Outages •
Although uncommon, our small town can experience power outages caused by severe weather and/or wild fires. While this is out of our control, we will work with you to make your stay comfortable.

To respect our home and our neighborhood, only guests on the booked reservation are permitted on the property, and no additional visitors are allowed without prior approval. We kindly remind guests that our home is not a party house.
We do our best to keep pests away but our cabin is located in the woods. From spiders and ants to bears, foxes, and raccoons, you may see critters. Please do not leave any food or trash outside other than in the designated trash can shared upon arrival.
We provide the basics for your stay including fresh linens, bedding, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry soap, paper towels, dish soap, coffee pods, sugar, oil, and basic spices. Please bring anything that may make your stay more enjoyable.
To protect our guests, security cameras are present near the entry and exit points of the property. Please do not tamper with these cameras.
• House Rules •
Violators are subject to a $250 fine and immediate eviction.
• No events or parties —no more than 12 registered guests at any time
• No smoking, fire pits, fireworks, or discharge of firearms.
• Quiet times are 10pm - 8am
• Do not move furniture and decor objects
• Do not tamper with the outdoor security cameras
• Do not leave any food or trash outside
• Follow all dock & lake rules as provided upon arrival
