Delayed communication from host on inquiries about stay. Nice house though 14 stairs at entry to level of bedrooms amd another 14 steps to 2nd level to living room and kitchen. It was doable but difficult. No flexibility on early checkin request.

Stayed for a weekend. Great location!Pros:close to the public beach access (5 min walk)walkable to fun shops on the main roadParking available newer carpetcomfy couchblack out blinds in the bedrooms lovely cross breeze through the houseCons: 3 stories with an elevator that is not available for guest useprimary bed - really uncomfortable mattress, the bed frame creeks loudly with every movement waking us up through the night, pillows were all very thinwhen we arrived the top floor wasn't very clean, saw lots of crumbs around and the floor felt dirty/sticky. the grill was dirty so we couldn't use itthe late check in time (after 5pm) and the early check out time (before 10am)

The house is really nice but some things to note. It a 3 STORY row house with narrow steep stairs. This detail could be made more clear in the listing. There is a layout photo at the end of the photos (on me for never paying attention to this photo) and the description only mentions "level" in one sentence. There is an elevator, but it's locked. The elevator should be offered for use with a fee.The entry is TIGHT with 3 people and 2 dogs (1 Dane and one little one). The garage door was manual and at 5'3" I had to stretch at the peak of the pull. The door to the garage from the house also open inside right into the main entryway area which made it really challenging for the three dogs and two people to manage what they needed to manage. Theres no ocean view but the cross breeze in the living spaces was really nice. The kitchen and appliances were nice. The kitchen could use a colander and some shot glasses.When we got there the dishwasher and dryer were running. The previous guests had left a note on the Whiteboard that they were out of dishwasher pods. So, I had to put away the full load of dishes and when I went to wash another load of dishes there were still no dishwasher pods. There was one SINGLE role of extra toilet paper for three girls for three toilets for 3 days. I ended up buying my own toilet paper and my own dishwasher pods. The carpets need to be cleaned. The toilet seat in the primary bathroom is cracked. Lots of bulbs out or not working.
