Relaxing Japandi Stay - Pool - Houston Stafford

Welcome to our Japanese inspired home! We have put our love and dedication to make the house perfect for a relaxing family/ friends retreat and business trips.

Located at the central heart of Southwest Houston, the home is close to everything:

- 5 mins to Bellaire Asian Town
- 10 mins to Sugar Land & First Colony Mall
- 20 mins to City Centre & Galleria
- 25 mins to Houston Downtown, NRG Stadium and Texas Medical Center

Whether you`re entertaining in the open living area, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying quiet moments in one of the bedrooms, our home provides the perfect blend of comfort and style for Japandi modern living.

- 5 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
- Open living area connecting living area, dining room, and kitchen
- Well-equipped kitchen with ample counter space
- Beautiful backyard and private pool
- Outdoor seating and firepit, BBQ grills, sun loungers

This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with strictly enforced ordinances. If you plan to throw a loud party, please look elsewhere.

We have 3 exterior cameras in front door, garage door and back yard that will be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies/ house rules are adhered to.

HOUSE RULES:
- Pet fee $150 per stay. Two pets maximum.
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. NO EVENTS ALLOWED. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- In the event of undisclosed pet(s) and/ or gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
- No smoking. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- No illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property.
- No noise after 9PM.

POOL RULES:
- Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM
- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.
- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained
-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk.
- No running, diving, or any type of glass in the pool area. No children swimming without adult supervision.
