Welcome to Shaded Oaks, our Country Club Home!
We are so glad you`re here. We love this little corner of Temple — it`s quiet, charming, and the kind of place that just makes you exhale. We`ve worked hard to make this home feel special, and we hope you feel that the moment you walk in. All we ask is that you treat it the way you`d want someone to treat your home — or your grandma`s.
A few things to keep in mind so everyone has a great experience...

Additional rental agreement, security deposit, and ID verification may be requested for any stay.

Our Neighborhood
Shaded Oaks sits in a peaceful, established neighborhood, and we genuinely love our neighbors. Part of what makes this place special is the quiet — so we ask that you help us protect it. You`ll find that being a good neighbor here just comes naturally.

A few hard stops:
No smoking inside (please extinguish cigarette butts outside and dispose of them in the outdoor trash)
No drug use on-site, including marijuana
No trespassing on neighboring properties
No parties or events — this is a home, not a venue. If you`d like to have a small gathering beyond your registered guests, just ask us first.
No pets permitted at this property.

Noise Curfew
We ask that all noise — music, outdoor conversations, gatherings — wraps up by 10 PM on weekends and 9 PM on weeknights. Our neighbors are the kind of people who`ve lived here a long time, and we want to keep it that way.

Parking
The driveway fits up to 6 vehicles — plenty of room! Please keep all parking in the driveway. No street parking, as we want to be mindful of the neighborhood feel.

The Little Things
If you turn it on, turn it off.
If you unlock it, lock it.
If you move it, put it back.
If something`s not right, tell us immediately — we want to fix it.

Friends & Family Visiting
You`re welcome to have visitors! Just shoot us a quick message before anyone outside your registered guests comes by. All non-overnight visitors need to head out by 10 PM, and please make sure they know the parking and noise rules too.

Early Check-In / Late Checkout
We`re happy to accommodate when we can! Just send us a message and we`ll check the calendar. Additional fees may apply if it affects availability for another guest.

We`ll send you everything you need check-in details before your stay. In the meantime, don`t hesitate to reach out with any questions. We`re genuinely excited to host you.
