Birthday get away with the wife

We had a good weekend away. The outside yard and pool was great. Privacy was amazing. Host was ver easy to connect with too. No issues at all

Perfect Stay for a Large Group – Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The house had plenty of space, making it perfect for our large group. The amenities and common areas were fantastic—well-maintained and thoughtfully designed for relaxation and gathering. One of the highlights was the outdoor space, which felt very private and peaceful. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the property manager was incredibly easy to communicate with—friendly, responsive, and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Filthy

I have never reviewed a place like this! We spent approx 1k per nt for a dirty unequipped home. After a long day of travel we were disappointed @ checkin. Advertised as “Beautiful”,The floors seem to have NEVER been cleaned or mopped. I have many photos of hair, dust, dirt, stains, splatters & grime EVERYWHERE. Floors, surfaces & walls! Years of neglect. We had to wear shoes inside & out. Dirty popcorn & food crumbs that would fall out when you sit on sofas.The furniture looks like it was purchased from Goodwill. The bed pillows cheap & flat. We booked this property for a large family because there were plenty of bedrooms. However the first 2 nights the back house was unlivable because the air went out. At check-in we felt the back house was hot but thought it would cool down after sunset. When we arrived home after dinner I was already upset about the filth but now no air for half the guests. We had to all cram in the front house. Host said it was “working at check-in”it wasn’t. Some slept on the dirty sofas. After repair next day I reported there was a burning smell coming from the air unit the & was told it was normal. It wasn’t & the whole electrical unit was fried and had to be replaced. 2nd night we were crammed in1st house again. The kitchen had 6forks,1wine glass, we had no bath rugs, no shower curtain liners, no shampoo (as advertised).Enjoyed the pool despite the filthy patio, lounge chairs coming apart the hot tub was scalding. Host needs to get it together!

RENTERS BEWARE

Multiple families arrived for a two week family get together. The first day we discovered in the Small House:Refrigerator wasn’t working and needed to be replaced.**Top step moves-whole step was about to break and needed major repair.**Shower upstairs just spills the water.Shower in largest bedroom-one of the faucets doesn’t work.In the Main House:Dishwasher was leaking and needed repaired.**Microwave wasn’t working and needed to be replaced.**Right side of stove wasn’t working.Bathroom toilet in largest bedroom is leaking.Smaller bathroom toilet is constantly running.Overall:Bathrooms have no hand towels or floor mats.Kitchens don’t have hand towels, pot holders or enough eating utensils (3 forks).Inside and outside floors were filthy.Found many cockroaches inside both houses, both alive and dead.**Grill had one empty tank and the other was leaking.**Property manager responded promptly and resolved the issues above that I’ve noted **.We spent the first two days of our vacation being available for the repair people and cleaning the outside area by the pool and inside of both homes. Wish we were able to upload pictures as the pictures tell the whole story.As a positive the pool area (after we cleaned) and the pool were delightful and temperature of pool was very comfortable and proximity to Hollywood Beach saved our vacation.We typically do not like writing bad reviews but wanted to warn future renters.

Family Reunion

The stay was exactly what I was looking for with my family despite it raining the whole weekend. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. Being on the go for our events we wish we had more time to enjoy the outside area. One small thing I notice the hedges stop the exposure/view of the address. I arrived late due to the rain couldn't spot it and I didn't see a porch light. Loved our stay and planning another trip in April would love to book again.
