The check-in process was easy, and we got our instructions 3 days before our trip. You will almost always have a parking spot in front of the building; otherwise, you will have to walk about a block. This apartment is in a great location; we were able to walk downtown in minutes. The apartment was very clean, and we enjoyed our time there and would stay there again.However, with that being said, there are a few things to note:If you are a light sleeper, it can be quite noisy. There were people walking up and down the sidewalk all night long, and they were never quiet. Not a deal breaker for us at all. Also during the time we traveled, there happened to be a lot of construction going on, so that added to the noise. Again, it is not a deal breaker for us, just something to keep in mind. Once it is finished up, that should not be a problem.Another thing to note is there is a washer for this unit, but no dryer. We had to buy our own laundry soap (there is none provided); we left the bottle there hoping it will be saved for the next guests that need it. There was only one small garbage bag (like Walmart shopping bag size), so we had to use bags we bought at Bonus for trash bags, and we also had to buy more toilet paper because there were only a few rolls provided.The communication could be better; it took a day or 2 for someone to get back to us when we had a question
