Disney Vacation Villa - Amplia casa de pueblo de 3 habitaciones cerca de la piscina, conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y larga distancia EE. UU. Y Canadá

Esta es una casa muy amplia de 3 habitaciones. Esta fantástica casa está a solo 3 minutos a pie de la casa club y la zona de la piscina. Eso es muy cerca para el resort que tiene importante.

Nuestro complejo se encuentra a pocos minutos de todas las principales actividades de Orlando, pero está ubicado en una zona tranquila, lo suficientemente lejos como para relajarse y disfrutar del hogar y las excelentes instalaciones que ofrece el complejo. La propiedad se encuentra en Regal Palms Resort & Spa.

El salón principal cuenta con 2 nuevos sofás de tamaño completo con mesa auxiliar y mesa de café, además de TV LCD de 50 pulgadas con más de 300 canales de alta definición. También hay sofá / cama futón abatible para esos huéspedes adicionales.

Junto con el aire acondicionado de HVAC, el dormitorio principal también tiene un ventilador de techo y todos los dormitorios tienen televisores LCD montados en la pared (40 "en la suite principal, 32" en cada uno de los otros dormitorios). También hay una PS3 en la una de las habitaciones.

El complejo ofrece una gran zona de baño que ofrece muchas piscinas para elegir, incluyendo una piscina para niños con tobogán grande y río lento, que se calientan. Y hay muchas mesas / asientos alrededor de las piscinas y áreas de juegos infantiles. Las toallas de la piscina se proporcionan de forma gratuita en el resort (aunque hay un límite para las tarjetas de toallas del resort)
 
El Irish Pub & Grille de Frankie Farrell es el bar y restaurante del hotel que sirve desayunos, almuerzos y cenas. También hay un bar Tiki junto a la piscina ubicado junto al área de la piscina. El restaurante sirve comida y bebida tanto en el interior como en el patio o incluso sentado junto a la piscina. También hay una cancha de voleibol de arena blanca ubicada cerca de una mesa de billar al aire libre y un bar tiki / cabaña.

Hay un excelente gimnasio que puede usar durante su estancia, donde encontrará una sauna, spa, gimnasio, sala de vapor, bañera de hidromasaje y duchas, y también hay una sala de juegos / sala de juegos para los niños.

Esta unidad está totalmente equipada con lavadora y secadora, nevera, lavavajillas, microondas y estufa. Cocina: cafetera, tostadora, ollas y sartenes, utensilios de cocina, tenedores, cuchillos, cucharas, cuencos, platos, etc.

Tenemos Wi-Fi asegurado gratis en el hogar y llamadas telefónicas locales / de larga distancia gratis en cualquier parte de los EE. UU., Canadá y Puerto Rico. Y también hay 2 aparcamientos privados directamente en frente de nuestra casa.

- aproximadamente 18 millas a Wet 'n Wild

Y el complejo está a solo unos cientos de metros del Berry Town Center, donde hay una tienda de abarrotes Publix, bancos, gasolineras, otros bares y restaurantes, con una farmacia CVS también (entre otros).

El Regal Palms Resort and Spa cobra una tarifa diaria de $ 15 (más impuestos). Este cargo es por tarifa de reserva (para todos los huéspedes), NO por persona. Esto no se cobra por mí en el momento de la reserva y se pagará cuando se registre directamente en el complejo.

Had a great time with our family

Stayed a couple of times in Regal Palms earlier but this is a very nice property. Clean, much space, close to the pool and other facilities. Owner responded quickly. Had a great time with our family and will stay again!

Thank you Michael for the comments about the property being good, and we are really happy your kids had fun. Am sorry and a little surprised to read your comment about communication, you messaged me once during your entire visit, on the very last day asking for more toilet paper. As mentioned at the time and in the listing, ours is not a daily serviced apartment and there are multiple supplies to get our treasured guests through the few days....as it did for you. But again, am glad you had a good time.

Highly Recommend!

Family of 4 staying at resort for UCA cheer comp and for some extra family time. The location to/from Disney is close and convenient. This unit is walking distance to the resort pool. Unfortunately the corona virus shortened a lot of Canadian vacations however we couldn’t have asked for a nicer, considerate and more accommodating owner to deal with (they aren’t all like this). Would highly recommended renting this unit! Thank you Brian!!!

Great value, nice condo!

This was our 5th time booking a condo at Regal Palms for Disney trips, and by far the best condo unit of them all. Nice, newer carpet throughout, good mattresses, comfy couches that we weren’t afraid to lounge on, and very clean overall. Excellent proximity to the entrance/exit gate and to the pool. They even had several noodles and tubes for use at the pool - nice touch! We had an issue at check-in that was resolved pretty quickly and owner was extremely responsive even though it was a Sunday evening. Our only “negatives” are minor. It could use new bath towels throughout as all were very worn out. Some extra supplies like Kleenex, and at least one spare roll of TP would be nice. But overall great stay and we’d book this unit again for sure!

Do not rent this property!

Do not rent this property if you want a good night's sleep. All of the beds had extremely firm, hard mattresses. My husband and I both had to sleep on the couches. We emailed the owner on our first night's stay asking him if we could get a refund and he didn't respond back until our 4th day there. At that point, we only had three remaining days and were already somewhat situated. The master bedroom only had one child size dresser with four small drawers, definitely not enough room to fit all the clothing of two people. The unit is definitely showing its age and needs updating , with the exception of the living room furniture. The resort and pool area were wonderful, which is the only reason I gave this property one star.

This response is quite comical. We stayed in the house in January and everything in the house was bought brand new, including the lounge and bedroom furniture, maybe that's why the mattresses were firm (including being repainted throughout top to bottom). We also have a property manager who lives onsite and is available 24/7 (as we live in another country). These contact details and information were supplied to the guest prior to their arrival, and the same information is inside the property itself. I have checked with the manager and not once was he contacted about any issue whatsoever (strange if it was so terrible). Each bedroom also has a built in wardrobe and brand new chests of 4 drawers, these can be seen clearly from the pictures (not sure why this person didn't use the wardrobes ??). The house is exactly as per the photos. This same guest argued about an additional $1.30 charge that they didn't authorise, and that i needed to refund and explain. After many international phone calls on my part it turned out to be her own banks charges. Maybe we should have seen that as an indication of the type of guest we were welcoming into our home. This person did get one bit right though, the resort and pool area are absolutely wonderful :-)

After the first day I noticed we only had 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher pod and 1 trash bag for 4 nights stay with 6 people. I called the property management and they said that was the norm for them and we were expected to provide extra. I told him my experience had been those supplies were provided for the entire stay. He did end up bringing us more. While I was on the phone I also informed him of little bugs that were all over the kitchen. He told me I should have called within 24 hours. The walls were very dirty including the bathrooms which had pee splashed on them. The shower in the 2nd bathroom upstairs was leaking and after the 2nd day felt like it might fall through the ceiling. You could see the water marks on the ceiling on the first floor. We did not use that bathroom after that. There were also several outlets that did not work. The blow dryer in the master bath did not work. Beds were very hard. Pool was very nice and owner is responsive.

Great Stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was meticulously maintained and stocked for all of our needs. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of amenities. The pool was AMAZING and my kids spent several hours there, which was nice to have a free/low-cost activity for our days off Disney. Our only issue, which is strictly just a personal preference is the master bedroom bed. It was very hard, so if this isn’t your thing, plan accordingly. Other than that, like mentioned above the property was amazing. Will definitely recommend to others and visit again!!

Enjoyable Family vacation

This is our 3rd stay on the property. No issues. The property is gated. Check in was quick. Please remember you have to pay the resort fee upon check in. If you want to float the lazy river bring your own floating device. They offer a fitness center however it's pretty limited. There is also an arcade but it is also limited and many were out of order. Driving to Orlando with traffic is about 40 minutes. We enjoy this property because it is away from the hussle and bussle. Publix is only about a quarter of a mile for groceries.

Had a nice time with a couple hiccups during our stay

First, let me say the resort amenities were excellent! Our boys loved the pool area and arcade! The condo itself was a little plain compared to other properties we have rented in the past. The wifi and cable were not working until the 3rd evening of our stay. The carpet really needs to be updated along with the plumbing fixtures and appliances. For the price though, it was certainly better than hotel.

Dirty and not maintained property

The house had multiple issues: very dirty carpet, dirty walls and windows. The toilet wasn't working properly, was very difficult to flush. The door to the bathroom couldn't be locked, the lock was broken, etc... I requested a partial refund for not advertising the property correctly and for all the inconveniences, but the host ignored. Call the property management, but nobody got back to me. Wouldn't recommend! Some of the amenities weren't open. Stay away.

This guest never contacted me or the onsite property management company during his entire stay. If things were as dire as he says, you think you'd mention something to someone (so the comments above about calling them is a lie). But he did contact me a few days after he left (which I responded to immediately), demanding a 50% refund or would leave a negative review if we didn't comply. Messages were exchanged through VRBO (so easily proven). The guests in our home directly before this person sent a glowing email thanking us, and the ones directly after he left also mentioned how nice the home was presented. So judge for yourself is all I can say, read all the other positive reviews for our home, or listen to the 'person' that wanted a 50% refund or would leave a negative review.

Nice little community

Nice little community in walking distance to the grocery, pub and small restaurants. The resort facility was also nice and a great price for the privacy and security offered for the amount of people traveling with us. Everyone got their own room and it was nice having the security of the gated community and walkable entertainment for the younger party members
