With a very large veranda overlooking Athens and a terrace facing Acropolis and Filopapou Hill, this delightful penthouse offers a wonderful stay for guests. With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 2 twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, this property ensures a comfortable and tranquil experience.
The penthouse is centrally located, in the lively and trendy area of Koukaki, 10 minutes walking distance from Acropolis and Plaka, the old city area. Koukaki has a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and shops around. The Museum of Modern Art is three blocks away.
The penthouse has a Cable TV with international channels and movies.
We will treat you as friends, ready to provide assistance and advice.

It started from the time we booked!! The host reached out with a helping hand arranging for us to be picked up at the airport, personally meeting us at the apartment, showing us the amenities(too many to list) and welcoming us to Athens with a bottle of wine! The location, views and the home itself didn’t disappoint!!! This was one of the very best experiences we have ever had with a host! Thank you The Warren’s

This place was perfect for us. Great location, great people managing it. Within walking distance of pretty much everything. The Terrace was spectacular, though we had rain and didn’t get to utilize it as much as we would have liked. They arranged transportation from the airport and to the cruise ship after our stay, extra cost but well worth it, George our driver was great. We came in early and they were also very accommodating to store our luggage for a few hours before check in time. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Dimitris and Fotini

The penthouse was in a superb location. We could walk to major attractions like the Acropolis and was close to shops, bakeries and eating places. The living space was stylishly decorated, spacious and super clean. The terrace was surprisingly large where one has views of the neighborhood and far away. One story up on the rooftop, you can get a view of the Acropolis. Dimitri and Fontina were excellent hosts. Communication was easy. F

Our host and his assistant were wonderful, vey professional, yet very personable. The price was excellent, the condo was very clean and comfortable. We were in walking distance to so many places to eat, and shop. With our own personal terrace to view the Parthenon was just a dream come true. They made a trip of a lifetime for us better than I could have ever imagined.

The property was just as described with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay in Athens. The location is close to everything and we spent each evening enjoying the view of the Parthenon from the top deck. Dimitrios and Fotini were pleasant, helpful and arranged transportation from the airport and to the ferry. Five of us stayed there n the penthouse with plenty of room.

WOW! Exceeds expectations! I always read reviews, but rarely do I write one. You will not be disappointed!Dimitrios (owner) and Fotini (his assistant) responded to all emails quickly and answered all questions. They really want you to feel at home. Fotini was waiting for us upon our arrival at the apartment. She gave us a tour, showed us how to use the various keys, gave us tips to navigate the city and so much more! They will arrange transportation pick up from the airport if you request it.The apartment is clean and spacious. The veranda with the view does require that you leave the apartment and continue up the stairs to the terrace. But it is a private terrace requiring a separate key so you do not have to worry about other people hanging out there. We were only a 12 minute walk to the Acropolis Museum. Lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants all nearby. If you like the beach then consider spending some time at Bolivar Beach Club which is a short uber ride away. This is a great location with so much to offer! We would definitely stay here again!

This place is AMAZING! From the location that is highly highly walkable or public transportation to everywhere you want to go, I cannot recommend here highly enough! Family of 4, we had plenty of space and all amenities as listed. Fotini was so gracious as she helped check us in and gave us spot on recommendations. The view of the Parthenon was the perfect cherry on top!

Excellent stay

The apartment was in a great location, located between two pedestrian walkways that hosted numerous food options. It is located a short walking distance from the Acropolis and Plaka, easily accessible with stroller. The hosts were great and very accommodating.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO in Athens. From the moment we booked, communication with the host was excellent—prompt, clear, and friendly, which made planning our arrival stress-free.Check-in was a true delight. We were warmly greeted by a professional and gracious representative who made us feel immediately welcome and gave us helpful tips for enjoying the area.The apartment itself was just what we hoped for and more. The spacious deck offered a breathtaking view of the Acropolis—we spent every evening out there, soaking in the scenery. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city.

Wonderful and comfortable stay

The property was comfortable and inviting for our family of 5. Close to many attractions and restaurants. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Host was responsive and helpful. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and provides a lovely place to relax in the evening. Only issue was that there was only one workable shower (not 2 as listed) without a shower door which would wet the entire space. Rooms were spacious and clean.
