This house was exactly what we asked for! Very great property with all the amenities you need. Host was fantastic and communicates well. Would highly recommend this trip for any group wanting a fun trip in a great area!

For starters, this was my first booking using Vrbo and honestly.....it was a Grand Slam! My friends and I booked this property for my Bachelor Party weekend in Scottsdale based on the amenities alone. When we arrived, Brad was kind enough to meet us and cover all the ground rules, the "Smart" aspects of the house, and even gave us some recommendations of things to do in Scottsdale! Now the house.... the house was the ultimate Bachelor Party house! Tons of amenities like a pool, outdoor grill station, putting green, cornhole boards, pool table and more to keep you entertained on the more casual days. This was great for us because we did a whole outdoor game competition! Space-wise, there was room for everyone to have their own bed (Brad even provided a air mattress for us). Tons of room in the kitchen for groceries and space for storing luggage. Overall, me and my boys were SO stoked to find this Vrbo and we took full advantage of the location and the amenities. Brad was a great host as well and I'm glad it was still available when we finally booked.

Awesome Place!

The place was clean and really nice, it was such a cool set up as well. There were a lot of things to do from arcade games, corn hole, pool and so much more! Also Bradley is an amazing host and answered every question! Definitely worth a stay!

Great stay

We enjoyed this home. The backyard was impressive. The home theatre room was great! We thought there were a few things in the listing that were not actually available. Also- the pool steps were quite steep and there was no railing. There was also a deep end that was not apparent until you were in it. There were tiny pieces of styrofoam in the pool. We didn’t complain, nothing was enough to complain about - we had a great time. The sound system at pool was wonderful. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Check in had nice welcoming touches. We had just had a host not respond with check in instructions so this house saved our vacation and it was great. Relaxing with a movie was outstanding. Close to groceries and Whole Foods, close enough to Spring Training games in Scottsdale.

Beautiful Property, Questionable host

Before I start, let me say that the property is absolutely beautiful. Me and my friends were blown away by the amenities and were very much looking forward to our stay. I purchased a night here to celebrate my 21st birthday, and reviewed the house rules to make sure none of my actions would be in violation of our agreement. I even brought gifts to the neighbors and gave them my contact information in case we got too loud. While setting up our festivities, we carried a 1/4 keg inside the house. Apparently, this was extremely offensive to the owner. As soon as he saw it, he made absolutely zero attempt to contact me and instead immediately canceled my stay. I asked him what the problem was and offered to remove the keg which I was more than willing to do, but he informed me I needed to leave right away, or he would call the police. Of course, we immediately complied, and I had to evacuate 12 people, many of whom had been drinking, which is a super fun and safe thing to do. We even cleaned up on our way out. The next day I attempted to contact the owner to apologize and clarify the house rules, but he completely avoided me and customer support, whom I reached out to 3 times. I tried contacting him for about a week with no response. I never received a no keg policy. This property is absolutely beautiful and will make a great spot for any event. I just hope you have a better time than I did, and that this guy will actually talk to you if something goes wrong.
