Renovated, spacious apartment in Mediterranean villa with special luxury feature—hydromassage pool for 4 people. H. Pool is situated in the loggia, which is transformed into an open balcony during the summer and back again into a closed space, during the less warm seasons (spring and autumn).

Apartment also has one smaller balcony and a private garden with a dining set for 6 people and a grill.
Apartment is situated 100 meters from the local beach and has a beautiful view of the beach, sea and mountains.
Sunwell apartments II for 6 people is located on the villa's first floor.

Another apartment Sunwell apartment I, Novalja, Gajac, Zrce is situated on the ground floor of the villa, and it is possible to rent both apartments at the same time, if available. By booking both apartments, you get the villa which can accommodate 12 people.

About Sunwell apartments II:
First bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) large closet and a private exit on the balcony with a view of the beach and the mountains. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) large closet and large corner windows with a view of the local beach.
Living room has a couch with an integrated real mattress (160x200) for two more people.
The living room has an exit to a loggia with a hydromassage pool and on the other side, it is connected to a dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a bar and another balcony.

The bathroom has a big glass shower, sink, mirror, and toilet.
Both loggia and balcony have a most beautiful view of the sea and local beach and sunsets.
The apartment also has a small private paved garden (20 m²) with a large dining set for 6 people, a grill on wood and charcoal, and an electric grill. Also, the garden is equipped with a heated solar shower.

The apartment is situated 100 meters from the local beach, 2 km from the famous beach Zrće, and 3 km away from Novalja. Gajac has a long promenade along the beach, where there are beach bars, and that leads to the center with markets, shops, restaurants, and other facilities.

Nearest restaurant/pizza place Papillon, is located only 70 m from the apartment (working during the summer season),
Historic town Pag is located 26 km and town Zadar is 74 km from apartments.
Nearest gas station Tiffon is located 2,5 km, and the health ambulance and pharmacy are 3 km from the apartments. The restaurant with Michelin star “Boškinac” is located 8 km from the apartments.

Since apartments are owned by family business, we think of the apartments as our second home.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Sunwell apartments are located in the tourist complex Gajac, or to be more exact Kolanjski Gajac.
Our apartments are located only 100 m from the local beach in a quiet neighborhood with houses, apartments, and villas.
The beach is pebbly, with a beautiful crystal-clear sea with the sand bottom. Shallow and warm sea at summer, pebbles and sand make the beach perfect for children.
Also, just by the beach, there is a new children’s playground.
Along the beach, there is a 1.5-kilometer-long promenade that connects the whole Gajac and Kolanjski Gajac. Throughout the promenade, beach bars and restaurants are open during the summer season, where you can relax during the day and in the evening. Also, along the promenade during the summer months, there is an Aqua park, trampolines, and other activities and attractions for children.
Along the promenade, there are also beach volleyball courts, a basketball court, an outdoor gym, bocce courts, ping-pong tables, and another children’s playground.
The promenade is ideal for day and evening walks and sports activities. At the same time, it connects the whole area, with the center of Gajac where you can find shops, a small local market, a bakery, restaurants, and ATMs.
The nearest restaurant Papillon is located only 70 meters from our apartments and is open from June to October.
The nearest restaurant Studenac/Lito is located about 350 meters from our apartments. In the summer months, there is a stand with local fruits and vegetables in front of the store.
Sunwell apartments are located two kilometers from the famous Zrce beach and three kilometers from the town of Novalja. There is a free public parking space in front of the apartments. The bus station is located 500 meters from the apartments.
