Great place to stay close to the courthouse square and Whiskey Row. Perfect size and kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Definitely our go to place to stay in Prescott!!!

We fully enjoyed this rental. The host was responsive and the process from check-in to check-out was seamless. We enjoyed the house so much that we extended our trip an additional night at the last minute, and that was handled easily and efficiently. The house had everything you would want/need and situated in a neighborhood and nestled in a mountain of boulders; our boys explored nature while in a safe neighborhood. Great location and fantastic amenities. This house worked great for our family of 5 and would even consider an adult trip here. We are absolutely returning.

From the moment we booked, Christian was very communicative, which was great. When we got to the house, we were blown away with the little touches; it’s always nice when VRBOs have small things like salt, shampoo, plenty of pillows, etc, so you feel more at home than in a rental. The house was beautiful and had a great layout, with a beautiful backyard. It is in a great location, walkable to Whiskey Row. Christian also left clear, easy directions for all the clean-up and check-out procedures. Great stay! Would happily stay here again.

Home as very welcoming and clean upon arrival. The host was very communicative throughout the stay. Ages 45/44/24/24&17 all enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool table. Close to the Courthouse and many food options around. Will definitely book again!

The house was a perfect place for our family to spend Thanksgiving together. The house is clean, well-equipped, and very nice. The house is close to all that Prescott has to offer, and has beautiful views. The pool table and dart board were a hit too. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommended.

This place is a gem; it felt like a luxury hotel; everything was top notch and well stocked. The views in the back yard were amazing. Backyard is fully fenced all the way around so your fur baby will be safe. We only stayed a couple of nights, it was so peaceful and so very close to Whiskey Row. I would defiantly stay again, easy check-in and out, highly recommend.

This home was exactly what we needed. My wife and I flew into Phoenix last minute for our adopted daughter's birth. After seeing the prices in Phoenix for spring training we decided to make the drive to Prescott and are so glad we did. We booked the VRBO pretty last minute but the host was immediately responsive and gracious. The home is nestled up on a hill in a secluded and quite neighborhood, but still close to whisky row. The home was clean, the beds were clean and lush and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and cookware. The location is really good, even though it may seem like it's outside of Prescott proper it's really not and Prescott is beautiful. Thank you so much for making our first week with our new daughter as comfortable as it was.

Great spot

1 minute off of the main road to this great place in the mountains. Everything needed is within a 5 minute drive but when you’re in the house it feels like it’s just you and the wilderness. Especially seeing deer right off the front porch daily.

A gem in the mountains
