Please shut off lights & lock doors when leaving the property

Please be advised that dish-ware, glassware, kitchenware and/or utensils have been provided in this home as a guest convenience. These items have been cleaned within this home using ordinary household dishwashing facilities & agents. They have not been sanitized according to Federal & State standards for public service establishments

Please do not put the following in toilets: paper towels, sanitary products, baby wipes & other cleaning wipes as they will clog the pipes, and you could be responsible for the cost to clear the sewer line

Please Note: It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence` if property within 1,400 feet of any school, designated public school bus stop, child day care facility, park or playground or other place where children regularly congregate
