Water Heater:
Please note that the water heater may take a few minutes to warm up, especially after periods of inactivity.

During peak usage times, such as when the washing machine is running, you may notice a decrease in water pressure in the shower.

Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. Please clean the dishes before you leave.

Heating:
The property has an air conditioner and heater controlled by an Ecobee thermostat located in the living room.

Noise:
As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate it if you could keep noise down after 10pm. A noise decibel monitor will alarm if noise goes over the threshold limit during quiet hours.

Laundry:
There is a washing machine and dryer available for you to use, with washing detergent on the shelf in the laundry room.
