✹ No Unregistered Guests: Our maximum occupancy can not be exceeded at any time during a guest stay. Only registered guests may be on the property. Unauthorized guests will incur a fee of 1,500 د. إ per person.

✹ No Parties or Events: Hosting large gatherings or events is prohibited. If a party is held, a penalty of 1,500 د. إ will apply.

✹ Turn Off lights and Appliances When Out: Please ensure that the lights, air conditioning, TV, and other appliances are turned off when you leave the property.

✹ Respect Check-In/Check-Out Times: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Let us know in advance if you need any flexibility. Also, 100 د. إ/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.

✹ Excessive Mess: If the property is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning, a fee of 1,000 د. إ will be charged.

✹ Illegal Drugs: The use of illegal drugs on the property is strictly forbidden. Violators will face a penalty of 1,500 د. إ.

✹ Lost/Damaged Items: Guests are responsible for replacing any items that are lost or damaged during their stay.

✹ Pets: Pets are not allowed in this unit. Evidence of pets will result in a 1,000 د. إ fine charged to guests.

✹ Community Policies & Rules We appreciate guests who value maintaining the integrity of the building community and its rules and policies. By confirming this reservation, you comply to respect any written apartment rules and community policies, including instructions for care of our property. Any substantiated complaints from the building may result in fines and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund

✹ Check-out Procedures: Please wash, clean and put all dishes away. Place all used towels and linens on the floor next to the bathroom. Stained/damaged towels & linen will be reported to Airbnb To avoid any deductions or report from the platform. We appreciate guests who respect the home and encourage guests to leave the home in good condition to keep our cleaning fees reasonable so we can continue to offer guests an amazing experience.
