Fast and reliable internet, five smart tv’s with full kitchen. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Centrally located in the Garden Tract subdivision of Redding CA. Walk to downtown, plenty of trails to bike and sights to explore. Room for boat parking on or off street and one spot behind back gate.

Newly furnished the home features one king, two queen beds and a swimming pool. Five TV’s with the largest 55” for your viewing pleasure. Full kitchen, fireplace with plenty of comforts of home.
Guest access

2 car garage, 2 car carport and space for a small trailer to park behind the gate. Plenty of on street parking as well. Property is located on a corner with limited opportunity to be a disruption to neighbors. Visit Turtle Bay Exploration Park, Sundial Bridge, Whiskeytown Lake, Waterworks Park, Sacramento River Trail, McConnell Arboretum & Botanical Gardens.

Great place and great hist

Wonderful place. Plenty of room for adults to relax and kids to play. Very clean and well maintained. 10/10 would stay again.

We loved the place and it workedPerfectly for us to see two shows at the convention center. We were able to walk to the shows and the trails and bridge. Two of us did a lot of biking, from the house to shasta dam.

Wonderful Garden Tract House

This home blew me away! Took my breath away when I walked in. From the beautiful floors to the art on the walls. From the old fashion bar to the refreshing swimming pool. It was a very enjoyable relaxing experience in a quaint tree shaded neighborhood.

The house was very clean, as well as nice and in a good location in the Garden Tract. It was less than a mile to the sundial park and close to downtown and restaurants.Having the garage was great- it fit our SUV and the host provided a remote so in and out was very easy. If you are in a full size pickup or something tall I'd recommend checking measurements with the host as they are single doors so an oversized vehicle may not fit. The beds were very comfortable, and at 6'4 I was very happy to have a king sized bed. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is very nice. It's clear the owner has taken time to put together a lot of unique special pieces and they go together well. Arrival was smooth, just sent a code well ahead of time and entry was easy. The host had the house cool and comfortable. WiFi codes were posted in multiple locations and worked. Everything typically provided was there including lots of options for cooking and coffee. The host didn't interrupt the stay at all and coming and going was easy. Hot water and water pressure were good, and the main bath included a huge tub. The showers were not very large but at 6'4 I was still able to use them. Washer and dryer worked well. The pictures really don't do the bar justice. It's beautifully done with natural wood throughout and very big. Pool is nicer than it looks in photos, a very deep in ground pool, not a liner and was great on a hot day.

Love this place. 2nd visit. The pool is wonderful. A little cool to swim this weekend but still enjoyed it. Walked to the car show. Perfect distance to walk. My family thinks the house has good vibes.

We love all the wonderful attributes and natural wonders in our area. Our favorite is to ride e-bikes on the Sun Dial River Trails. Bikes can be rented all around town including at the entrance of the Sun Dial bridge.

We stumbled on the purchase of this home as it was a home that fell out of escrow and I had other real estate transactions that were dependent on the sale. We had been to many gatherings over the years at this home so it already felt like home to us, and we bought it. We had it as a rental for years but it wasn’t being appreciated as we like. So we took six months to dial it in and now it is amazing. It is a labor of love.
