Super walkable neighborhood and steps to the beaches, this home offers an amazing space for you family get together.
The space
Welcome to our inviting Long Beach escape! This delightful three-bedroom sanctuary is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind.
The living room serves as the perfect gathering space for families or friends to unwind and reconnect. Complete with a Sony TV 65'', it offers a cozy atmosphere for relaxation after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen and dedicated dining area ensure that mealtime is a breeze.
BEDROOM ARRANGEMENTS:
All bedrooms on 2nd floor
Bedroom No#1: 2 Full beds, this is spacious room with big balcony with seating area
Bedroom No#2: Queen bed with a accent chair with beautiful coastal vibe
Bedroom No#3: Master bedroom King size bed with attached bathroom, Sony TV 65'', it comes with a balcony and seating area

BACKYARD
Right behind kitchen is going to the backyard with patio and seating area, string light to hang out
Parking is hassle-free, with one reserved enclosed garage for your stay, providing secure and convenient parking. Whether you're here for a family retreat or a gathering with friends, our snug living space provides the ideal setting for your Long Beach stay. Our parking spot only accommodates standard-size vehicles. The largest SUV is similar to the Highlander, Pilot, Explorer, X, etc.
Street parking is available.

Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

Just to be transparent: this is a two unit/house on one property lot. This is the listing for the back unit/house. Both properties are completely separated by 50ft and not connected in anyway but share same driveway.

- We have security camera in the front
- We are a property management company with staff on 24/7 shifts. We're able to provide around the clock service and assistance anytime you may need. Should you need anything to make you stay more comfortable, questions prior to your arrival, or even after your departure; we're available via Airbnb, Phone, SMS TXT, iMessage, and even in person if requested!
- For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $400.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
- Your ultimate satisfaction is our goal; no request is too small or too large.
