Our Spacious Guest Home in Murray Hill/East Flushing, Queens. Offering a family-friendly environment with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Complete with access to a gated outdoor kitchen patio with a BBQ grill, pizza oven, and outdoor dining. The building also features a 1500sqft Rooftop Terrace. It is ideal for 3-4 people and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

BEDROOMS

- The master bedroom is spacious and includes a luxury king-size memory foam bed, a wardrobe, a study table, a chair, and a 50" TV. Upon request, a twin trundle bed can be provided. It has an adjoining bathroom with a rainfall spa shower system and a smart bidet toilet.

- The second bedroom features a luxury memory foam double bed, a wardrobe, and a study table with a chair.

- The third bedroom can serve as a family room, with a comfortable memory foam queen-size sofa bed that has a memory foam mattress topper, and a 55" TV.

- The second and third bedrooms share an adjoining Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a smart bidet toilet.

- The living room can also function as a fourth bedroom with the addition of a privacy curtain, a comfortable sofa bed (with a memory foam mattress topper), a 4K TV, and a fireplace.

Cleaning: We follow a strict protocol to deeply clean and sanitize your unit before check-in. We also clean and maintain the public areas for your enjoyment. If you would like cleaning services for your private unit during your stay, our housekeepers are available for an additional fee.

House rule compliance is required: We strictly prohibit the use of drugs, marijuana, parties, and loud music on the property and its surroundings. For security purposes, only registered guests are allowed to access the property, except for pre-approved family member visits.

Check-in / Check-out Time: Please make sure to have your ID with you during check-in. Our standard check-in time is 5:00 pm or later, and check-out time is 10:00 am or earlier, with the option of a late check-out at 11:00 am. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
