Total bedding includes 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Double Sleeper Sofa.

The kitchen comes fully-equipped with a refrigerator with attached ice maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and Keurig coffee maker to make home cooked meals and your morning coffee easy and accessible to you and your party throughout your stay.

Additional Amenities: This condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. Smart TV with access to streaming apps for your viewing pleasure.

Community Features: The community of Southwinds has two outdoor swimming pools, community grilling, a picnic table area, a private walkway to the beach solely allocated to the complex, community outdoor showers to rinse off after a day of sand and sea!

Even though you are staying at a Keyless Vacation Rental, you MUST stop by our Atlantic Beach office to pick up your check-in packet with parking passes.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. In 2025, Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during in Season. In 2026, Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum November - March and 3 night minimum April - October year-round in advance. Call for availability.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
