This beautiful canal front home is located in Rockport’s Iconic neighborhood, Key Allegro. Offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the whole family can enjoy true coastal comfort. Outside, you can cook up the catch of the day with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ pit. There is ample seating on the balcony as well as the downstairs patio, including a picnic table, 2 outdoor dining tables, a hammock as well as plenty of padded seating to enjoy the bay views in comfort. Inside you’ll find a perfect mix of modern and rustic décor and furniture, with a spacious open concept design. The kitchen comes fully equipped to make your favorite meals including a microwave, electric stove, dishwasher and kitchen island. The large bay windows let in plenty of natural light and beautiful water views. The dining area has enough seating for 6 with 4 more seats at the kitchen bar. The living area has plenty of room for the whole family and a large smart TV where you can stream all of your favorite entertainment.
