Casa Debbie is a new four bedroom home with fabulous 360 views of the Sea of Cortez, Cerralvo Island, Cacachilas Mountains and the cactus forests of La Ventana. The four home community shares a pool and jacuzzi. It is a short 10 minute walk to fabulous South Beach.
Ground Floor: The first floor has 2 bedrooms, both with terraces and fabulous views of Cerralvo Island. The first bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower . The second bedroom is extra-large with 2 queen beds and private bathroom with a large shower, built-in closet & kitchenette. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also on the first floor. The ground floor also has an outdoor hot/cold shower.
Second Floor: The second floor has two King bedrooms, each with a private balcony and private bathroom with a large shower and a built-in closet. The second floor has an expansive open floor plan with a living room, kitchen and large dining table. The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare any meal, any time with a gas range and full-size refrigerator. The living room has an oversize comfy sofa and 2 leather chairs and opens to a large terrace with fabulous views of the Sea of Cortez, Cerralvo Island and the Cacachilas Mountains.
Third Floor: A huge rooftop patio that affords a spectacular 360 degree views and is a great spot to watch the Baja sunrises & sunsets and the stars at night.
This home has dedicated fiber optic internet service with excellent speeds.
