Lovely accommodations right on the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked for quick meals in. Great location in Orange Beach central to everything you need. Only issue was with the washing machine not spinning out the water. I’d love to come back for a month’s stay but not without my pup!

Beach view great and good location.Way too much furniture in each room made it difficult to move around and be comfortable.Furniture on deck peeling and cushions on them stained- not very inviting.Attention to deep cleaning areas needed: window frame in living room black around edges- mold?Kitchen light fixture dirty as well as palm tree in living room.Kitchen stock minimal: one frying pan scratched up, no serving bowls or steak knives.Would not recommend this unit as is.

This is a very nice unit there was so much to do with him walking distance restaurants grocery stores souvenir shops the covered balcony was so nice and had furniture out there the beds were so comfortable even the couch and the other chairs in the living room we definitely will come back very nicely decorated but comfortable

The location was great, very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The unit was just a few steps from the beach and there was plenty of convenient parking. Furnishings are dated as compared to other units in the building.

The beach view was stunning from the bedroom and also from the living area in the kitchen. This particular place is very outdated. The pictures are not accurate at all. It needs some updating. It really really does. There’s too much furniture in that place for just how small it is The management and the people that I had to deal with. They were very pleasant. Very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is very nice. Clean. No issues. Everything was in working order. Property management was the best. Very nice and efficient. The best I've experienced. Everything is right across the street. Groceries, Mexican food,ice cream,and margaritas. If I nit picked the sliding doors to the balcony could slide better. Interesting decorations of the property, beachy, colorful, and theatrical. Nice place to stay.

Nice condo BUT

The only problem was an over abundance of furniture. There is LITERALLY seating for 16 (yep sixteen) people in the living/ dining area. Look at the pictures closely. A loveseat for two, a sleeper sofa that had three cushions, a round table with four chairs, three high top bar stools and three other random chairs. This is a relatively small condo that felt tiny. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. All in all a good stay, just crowded.

This home had a view and balcony to die for! My kids and I (ages 14 and 8) loved going to the beach every day, and access to the pool when the beach was too much for some of us. The jellyfish came in the last few days, so we were grateful for the pool during those times.2 different days I could see the dolphins swim by FROM THE BALCONY! At the beach, we saw the dolphins pretty close a couple of other days. Plus lots of beautiful birds! Though I loved the location and the size of the place we stayed in, these are the reasons I gave an overall 4 star review:1 - I could not find the checkin. It was moved a few buildings over and they were closed by the time I got there. In that moment I could not get ahold of anyone, and luckily found someone who helped me realize it was 2 buildings over. HOWEVER, everyone was always super nice when I spoke to them. Check-in just needs to be more clear.2 - It's filled to the brim with furniture! I moved pieces into the laundry room b/c I was feeling overwhelmed. Including too much patio furniture. I tucked some away on the side of the patio, and we still had plenty to eat at the outdoor table and lay out on 2 lawn chairs. I would highly recommend the owners take out some of the furniture. May seem like a small thing, but the last thing I want on vacay is clutter. 3. Absolutely no beach gear. It's the 1st place I've stayed at in 10 yrs of beach vacays to not provide any beach gear or toys.*Would stay again for the view and price!

We’re sorry to hear that check-in was confusing upon arrival. We do call and send multiple emails before each stay with detailed instructions about the check-in process, office address, and late arrival procedures to make arrival as smooth as possible. We also provide 24/7 guest assistance, and that phone number is included in all of our correspondence so guests can reach us anytime if they need help. As for beach gear, we completely understand the convenience it provides, but unfortunately, we’re unable to supply items such as chairs, toys, or umbrellas since we can’t guarantee their cleanliness or condition from guest to guest. That’s why there’s a beach service available for chair and umbrella rentals, as well as plenty of nearby shops where guests can easily purchase anything they may need. We truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback about the furniture layout and will share your comments with the owner for consideration. We’re happy you’d stay again and hope to welcome you back soon to enjoy more of those incredible balcony views!
