✹ NO PETS: While we love your furry friends, there’s a strict no-pet policy per the HOA (except for service animals, which must be approved in advance).

✹ LEGAL STUFF: By booking this property, you agree to the terms under the house rules and liability waiver.

✹ QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

✹ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

✹ Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.

✹ The system will place a hold automatically for $1,000 on your card, which will be released 1 week after checkout (assuming there`s no damage or excessive cleaning needed). This is instead of a security deposit.
