Relax under the stars in our brand-new Hot Tub outside on the lower level, or build a fire in the outdoor fire-pit and relax in the comfortable Adirondack chairs. The trampoline (with safety net) is perfect for some outdoor fun! Firewood is not provided for the firepit. Extra Hot Tub towels are provided.

You'll have access to the entire house, except for a locked maintenance closet in the basement.

Please note that the wooded area is rugged and not intended for guests to use/explore as the rough terrain is dangerous and may contain foreign objects, downed trees, poison ivy, etc. Please stay within the yard, patios, parking areas, driveway, etc.

Other things to note
Please be aware that the property is on a large, wooded lot. It is not uncommon to see wildlife here (deer, turkey, woodchucks, even the potential fox) year-round, or some bugs outside during the warmer months. While the property is secluded and quiet, we do still have neighbors that live here year round.

The top bunk of the bunk bed has a 300 lb weight limit.
