Welcome to Sage Retreat, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home nestled in the heart of the Sunflower Skies retreat, just minutes from Kanab, UT. Surrounded by a picturesque desert landscape, Sage Retreat offers a serene escape with modern amenities perfect for families and groups. Enjoy the clear night skies, and a host of on-site amenities including our rare-to-find seasonally solar heated and cooled pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit and playground!

The Space:
Sage Retreat offers a welcoming retreat with a spacious living area adorned with contemporary decor, perfect for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area provide all the essentials for a home-cooked meal. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet and smart TVs throughout the house. Each bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience, and there’s an additional half-bath in the living area. Pet-friendly and equipped with air conditioning, a fireplace, and a 2-car garage, and a private patio that is fenced which includes a BBQ and seating. Sage Retreat is designed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Create unforgettable moments under the brilliant starry skies and red rock scenery.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, as well as all community amenities including the swimming pool, pavilion, Pickle Ball courts, fire pit, and playground. Sage Loft Retreat also offers a private patio where you can relax and take in the views.

The Neighborhood:
Sunflower Skies is a private retreat designed for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. It’s perfect for hiking enthusiasts with numerous trails and national parks nearby. The community is peaceful and family-friendly, offering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to explore the surrounding area and nearby attractions. Kanab is just a short drive away, offering shops, restaurants, and entertainment. With convenient parking available at Sage Retreat, getting around is easy and hassle-free.

Other Things to Note:
Our shared outdoor pool is seasonally solar heated/cooled. Opening and closing dates can vary based on sunlight and outside air temperatures. As a rule of thumb we anticipate the pool to close October and open April/May/June depending on weather patterns.

**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.
