Bienvenido a nuestra villa de lujo, que está a sólo 2 millas de Disney Orlando.

Villa de lujo con 6 dormitorios, 4 baños con piscina privada y Spa, y tiene capacidad para 14 personas. Cubre más de 3000 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable.

Esta villa ofrece todas las comodidades que cabe esperar de un complejo de cinco estrellas. Hay un gran porche, terraza cubierta, con terraza extendida, en la gran piscina y jacuzzi spa climatizado, con mallas de seguridad. muebles de primera calidad y accesorios incluyen, una en la pared televisión de alta definición de pantalla plana con cable digital, acceso a internet de alta velocidad y llamadas de larga distancia.

This was a beautiful home in a great location. Traffic close to the area can be very heavy, especially in the evening and does make it difficult to get home if youve been out for the day, though no real traffic on the road Windsor Hills is located on. Windsor Hills is a great resort with good amenities. The home was clean with comfortable beds and seating areas, if which there are several. It is in need of a little tlc and some modernisation, specifically the pool area. We requested pool heating and this seemed to be working on day 1 but not thereafter, despite someone coming to chrck on it. I would note that i only mentioned this to the management company once and then didnt cintavt them again as the weather was sufficiently warm anyway. The pool also doesnt seem to function correctly all the time. The kitchen is functional but could do with a few more items. There are plenty of dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery but only one oven tray and no cheese grater. I was really pleased to see an electric kettle though! My only other issue with the property wiuld be that there was no information there. We knew our check in and out time from VRBO and i was able to cintact the owner/management company, but there was no general info at the property at all such as garbage facilities, what to do on check out, info on the area etc. This would have been really useful. The owner was very attentive and easily contacted if needed. Overall we had a great trip and would stay here again.

Good stay

Had a good stay at the property, rooms were comfy, kitchen was practicle and had plenty of utensils and plates etc... 9 of us staying and no problem with cooking or dishes. Pool could do with a refresh.

Family trip

Location was great! Layout of the home fit our needs perfect. The property itself needs a MAJOR update.I’ve never had to purchase my own TP in other vrbos, but this home only left 1 roll in each bathroom. There was not enough trash bags left either. I also had to purchase dishwasher tabs. The washer was filled with dirt so we couldn’t even use it. This home has potential but it’s just tired & wore out with not much updating happening since it’s original construction. I’d consider staying here in the future if updates are done.The host was quick to respond to messages.

Florida home close to Disney

Host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Pool and backyard was nice and well kept. Doors needed wiped down, but overall cleanliness was good. Kitchen needs some updates but the owner told me they were redoing it soon. Overall nice home and good experience. Would rent again! Loved the waterpark and pool area up at the main entrance! Good experience!

Do not recommend

The house is a nice size and it fits the amount of people that it states. The pool and hot tub were nice too. However, for sleeping 12 you only get towels for six; one per person. It does need some updating, which is not a huge issue. There were some things that I found that needed attention immediately, like the crack in the primary shower base and the shower doors for the primary shower that don’t close. I feel like those are significant issues, especially since the wall where the water comes out has mold on it. Also, if you like really, really cold showers, it’s great all the bathrooms. If you like boiling hot water in the showers it’s good in all the bathrooms. There is no in between. I tried to tell the owner that the improper faucets were installed on their showers and I was met with a defensive person. It’s unfortunate because somebody is going to get hurt with the temperature of that hot water. Also come prepared with kitchen towels, dish towels, and oven mitts because none of those were even provided. The owner told me to go buy some and he would pay me back, but I did not do that and I told him I was not comfortable with doing that. He did not We’ve stayed at several VRBO and I’ve never had such a poor experience as I ihad with this one.like that answer and still told me to do it.

Windsor Hills home

The house is in an excellent location. The check-in and checkout process was easy. The management company was responsive to our concerns. The house was not as clean as we would like. There were no ceiling fans. There are no dressers for clothes in most of the bedrooms, so we had to live out of our suitcases all week, which was disappointing. Otherwise, we enjoyed the property.

Accommodation was good

The property was great, although some scissors would have been useful along with some instructions for the property including the pool and the trash. We worked it out but a booklet with useful information would be helpful. Overall the accommodation was great, great location for our holiday.

Much needed Family Get away after beating Cancer

this 8 day stay was to celebrate me and my daughter both batteling breast cancer and an end of our treatments. I was able to bring my kids and grandkids along with my mom and sister. Having the clubhouse 4 blocks away with a full water park with slides was absoultly amazing, the kiddos loved it!!!! we also booked it a night early so when we arrived at 7 in the morning we were able to check right in and not waste a day waiting for an afternoon check in. when I messaged to have the hot tub turned on (heated) they were quick to reply and had someone over within the hour to get it turned on. and always replied fast to any issue/questions. the house is everything as detailed. a few things could use some slight updating, but all and all the house, location everything is perfect!!!! we will stay again and recommed to family and friends.

Great stay

We have just returned from 16 days at this property and it was perfect, met all our needs. Very good location for Disney parks. Great facilities and a lovely home. We would definately return.

First off the house was in a great spot for us. The house was clean. And being 5minutes to a walmart helped ease the entire stay. When i say pictures add 10lbs is there was a lot of various damage in the house. I made sure to take pictures of everything on initial walkthrough in case something was being blamed on me. The Cars rooms has multiple holes in the wall where children have ripped down the tv, paint is mismatched everywhere, washer looks like its rusting where its chipping apart. Considering the house is listed for capacity of 12 some extra essentials would be greatly appreciated. There was towels provided but only just enough. The kitchen cookware was bare minimum and with 11 mouths to feed barely adequate to cook with. Plenty of plates and silverwear. The teflon pans were all very broken down. and the plastic cooking utensils were minimal. Provided upon our stay was 3 trash bags, 1 little dish soap container (plenty), 1 sponge, 3 cascade pods, But nothing else to clean or scrub dishes with. Luckily walmart is down the block. we opted to get some cleaning supplies and use paper plates where possible. But with only 3 trashbags we very quickly went through those with 11 people. Beds are fairly firm. Finally internet was bairly functional. It worked well enough for 1 or 2 devices to stream. but fell on its face otherwise Overall would stay again. Just would know more accurately what to expect. PS: Giovannis Pizza 15minutes away was absolutely amazing.

House maintenance

The house was a good size. Needs alot of upkeep. Cracks and holes in walls. Appliances need replacing. House was not very clean on arrival. We have to pay for cleaning but its was not done

Needs some TLC to make guest feel like there on vacation...

The property is in a nice community. The house needs some TLC. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Dirty window seals, and vents, very dusty. There was no mop for the kitchen, cooking pots were very cheap, and no baking sheet to use the oven, only a pizza pan with holes. There was no Iron to use. The bed on the main floor where I slept had metal springs. My back hurt so bad sleeping on such a cheap mattress. There was a closet in the laundry room, with a stockpile of household items,etc., which should have been locked, for children's safety. Also, the pool did not have a gate as most of the other units had, We had small children while there was an alarm on the door, they could open the door and run right into the pool because no gate was available. The pool furniture was old. My family and I spent a week at this property, I would have had a more comfortable stay at a hotel.

Had a great time with the family during our stay. The home was very spacious and every family member had there own quite space when needed. We also enjoyed the pool at the house and made use of the clubhouse which was very nice. Great family Vacation in Orlando

Family vacation

Property was a little run down and we had a few issues arise while we were there, I had to re-wash some dishes because they were left dirty and we could not cook the things we wanted sue to lack of cooking equipment ( had to go buy a big pot ) .
