• Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.
• Gas fire pit surrounded with Adirondack chairs for late-night chats.
• Guests are allowed to drop off their belongings prior to check-in time. Please check with host.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to use anything on the property. This is your home away from home, get comfy, relax and have fun!

Other Things to Note:
• Ring camera at the front door
• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.
• Please note that a $200 pet fee per stay applies, with a max of 1 dog. Kindly inform us if you'll be bringing your furry friend so we can send you the fee request promptly.
• The home has been fitted with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher for your safety and security.
• Absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large (more than the max occupancy) parties/events permitted. The max number of house guests must equal the max number of sleeping accommodations our home allows for 12 guests
• Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check In Form prior to your arrival.
• A noise detector has been installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors. We thank you in advance for your co-operation in maintaining positive relationships with our neighbors. City of Bradenton quiet hours are 10PM-8AM, during those hours noise must be kept below 65 db.
