This historic home was built in 1888 by Louis Singer, chief bricklayer to renowned architect Cass Gilbert who built the MN State Capitol. Louis forged the bricks for 192 Charles Ave in the backyard next door while building the house. The space has a relaxing, peaceful aura. Tall, light-filled windows and high ceilings make the space feel light and open. Details like exposed brick and hardwood floors bring a classic, historic touch.
