ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Our villa "Stazzu La Sarra" is the realization of a long-held dream. Inspired by the historic "Stazzi" farmhouses of Sardinia, it reflects the authenticity and timeless beauty of Sardinian culture.

The 180m² living space is spread across two floors – the main floor and a garden-level apartment. This layout is ideal for larger families, multi-generational vacations, or friends traveling together. Built in 2006, the villa is nestled in a magnificent rocky landscape. From here, you’ll enjoy wide-open views of the Gulf of Arzachena, the sea and the dramatic mountains of San Pantaleo.

MAIN FLOOR:
The heart of the villa is the spacious living area, featuring a dining table for six, an open kitchen, and a cozy nook perfect for a home office. A hallway leads to two bedrooms - one with an en suite bathroom and the other with a bathroom conveniently located next door.

GARDEN FLOOR:
The garden-level apartment includes a third bedroom, ideal for grandparents, older children, or friends who prefer their own private space.

Both floors offer access to the expansive garden through separate pathways. The garden features multiple seating and lounging areas, plus a large pool for ultimate relaxation.

LIVING AREA (MAIN FLOOR):
The spacious living room on the main floor invites you to unwind with its comfortable seating area, cozy fireplace and a dedicated office corner. Large sliding glass doors open completely to the covered terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The open layout, featuring exposed chestnut wood beams and traditional canna ceilings, creates an authentic Sardinian ambiance.

Above the living room, a charming loft space offers a cozy retreat for reading and relaxation.

The dining area flows into a well-equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need for culinary adventures. Step directly from the kitchen onto the terrace, which includes a granite outdoor sink and electric grill. From this spot, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the sea and the Sardinian countryside beyond.

Our villa offers theee bedrooms and three bathrooms:
Two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, are located on the main floor.
A third bedroom with a smaller bathroom is situated on the garden floor.

APARTMENT (GARDEN FLOOR):
Access the garden floor apartment via a stone staircase from the Main Floor living area. This private, spacious apartment features a small kitchen, laundry room, private garden, and separate terrace - perfect for those seeking extra privacy and space to retreat. Everything is conveniently on one level.

GARDEN, TERRACE AND POOL:
The expansive main terrace is two-thirds covered, providing ample protection from both sun and rain - perfect for outdoor cooking in the summer kitchen. From the terrace, step into the spacious garden filled with native Sardinian plants. Spread across nearly 2 hectares of land with olive trees and Sardinian maquis vegetation, you’ll find a large pool (17.5m long x 3.5m wide x 1.7m deep), ideal for both swimming laps and relaxing.

While swimming, the wide panorama creates a breathtaking "above the clouds" experience. The pool is open from early April to early November. Please note: Use the pool at your own risk and never leave children unattended while swimming!

The entire property is enclosed with a pasture fence, designed to keep your furry friends safe and secure.

Our Villa Stazzu La Sarra is nestled in a stunning rocky landscape, offering sweeping views of the Gulf of Arzachena, the sea and the mountains of San Pantaleo. A private 1,500-meter road leads from the main road to the villa, complete with a driveway and electric gate.

The elevated location above the sea provides a refreshing breeze, especially during the warm summer months. Nature lovers will enjoy the area’s diverse wildlife, including birds of prey, turtles, rabbits, songbirds and partridges.

Despite its peaceful and secluded setting, the villa is just minutes away from vibrant surroundings, beautiful beaches, and picturesque coves.
