The Space:
Welcome to this is a beautifully designed, new build in Glendale. The space is light, bright and airy. Each room was designed with the purpose and intention of comfort.
As you enter the house, the open concept gourmet kitchen awaits your culinary adventures. The oversized dining room sets the stage for memorable meals, while the kitchen peninsula offers informal dining. Unwind in the spacious living area with an oversized TV and glass doors leading out to the furnished back patio.
Off of the living space is the primary suite complete with a king bed and oversized en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk in shower. Adjacent from the kitchen are the two beautifully design guestrooms that share a common hall bathroom with a soaking tub. The first bedroom offers a queen bed while the other has a queen bed with a twin bunk. The twin bunk makes for a great accessory for groups traveling with children, or those needing extra sleeping arrangements.
Please note that there is an in-law suite (separate entrance) adjacent to the primary part of the house that is set up as a separate listing. While it is attached, the adjoining door separating the two units is locked from both sides. Inquire with the host if you're interested in booking both units together. The second unit has a bedroom, living room, bathroom and small galley kitchen.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire unit, except for the garage and the attached in-law apartment (separate entrance).
Please note that we only have parking for one vehicle. If you need a second spot, we can help you find another parking spot nearby.
The Neighborhood:
Centrally located between Glendale and Peoria. Located in proximity to Peoria Sports Complex, State Farm, Stadium, P83, golf courses, hiking trails and so much more!
Other Things to Note:
By accepting this reservation and occupying the premises,
you, the guest, acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Responsibility: The Renter assumes full
responsibility for any damages to the Property caused by
the Renter or their guests during the rental period. The
Renter agrees to cover the cost of any repairs or
replacements needed due to such damages.
Assumption of Risk: The renter acknowledges that renting
or occupying the Property involves certain inherent risks,
including but not limited to personal injury, personal
property damage, and loss of personal belongings.
Release of Liability: The Renter agrees that the owner(s),
host(s), and their respective agents, employees, and
representatives shall not be held liable for any personal
injury, bodily harm, or property damage sustained by the
Renter or any guests invited by the Renter while occupying
the Property. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries or
damages caused by accidents, negligence, or any other
circumstances.
Hold Harmless: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and
hold harmless the property owner(s), host(s), and their
respective agents, employees, and representatives from
and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of
action, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including
reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to your
use or occupancy of the property, including any personal
injury or property damage sustained by you or any other
person.
Waiver of Legal Claims: You agree that you will not bring
any legal action, claim, or suit against the property
owner(s), host(s), or their agents, employees, or
representatives for any injury, damage, or loss sustained
during your use or occupancy of the property.
Acknowledgement: By booking this property, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
voluntarily agree to this waiver and hold harmless
