It was a very nice cabin. We really enjoyed our stay. Great for families. I would recommend a baby gate for the stairs for families with toddlers.

The house is beautiful and clean. The yard and trees were overgrown. The picture on VRBO is misleading because it does not show the high grass all around the house and the trees were overgrown and hard to get our boat in/out of the driveway. I recommend the house but we were disappointed in the appearance of the property.

This home was nothing but AMAZING. We brought my daughter’s wedding party for the weekend and everyone loved it. So clean and so much room. We will definitely book this home again for our family

Excellent Stay

We loved Hidden Pearl. We had a large three family group with four kids and the three master bedrooms and the bunk room was perfect. Loved the firepit, playground and hot tub. Everything was clean and the communication was great. Hidden Pearl is an excellent choice for your Broken Bow family vacation.

Birthday Celebration/girl’s trip

Came to Broken Bow to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The home was even more impressive in person. It has everything! Hot tub, fire pit, playground, arcade games, board games, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, foosball, dream kitchen, the most comfortable beds, ideal location…the list goes on and on…Would definite return to The Hidden Pearl!

Only negative thing I have to say about the property was all the grass was extremely grown up even in the rock areas where the fire pit was, the playground area and all around the house. Would have presented itself so much better if that was tended too, as well as not worrying about snakes with the kids outside playing.

Wonderful Retreat

This newly built home is tucked away from other properties. It is very quiet, spacious & tons of fun! Our little & "big" kids loved the air hockey, foosball table & Pac Man game. The kitchen was fully stocked with any & all amenities from home. The beds were very comfortable as well as the linens were high quality. The bath products in the home smell so good, I had to reach out to the management to find out what products they were. I could go on & on about how great the property was, but what really impressed me the most is the customer service provided by Grand Welcome. Most properties never reach out once you've checked in, but they were in constant contact with me making sure we had everything we needed as well as passing along very important information from the fire department. The winds were expected to have gusts up to 50mph so they were asking no fires outside. In a world where 5 star customer service is a losing trend, I was very impressed with them. We will definitely come back & book The Hidden Pearl again!

Cabin was just as advertised. The water in the upstairs tub took a while to drain so we avoided using it. Other than this small issue everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hidden Pearl. Communicating with the host was easy and quick. Did not have any issues at all. Home was clean and felt safe. The location was perfect. Will definitely rent again.

The host company was very responsive to our calls. Offered to fix the door to the bathroom the next morning that would not close properly. And was very responsive to our booking issues. Was very disappointed in the kitchen facilities, as there were only 5 glasses on site of varying heights and not big enough to have everyone a glass for dinner. The kitchen is very ill equipped with things just thrown in different areas, and beat up looking pans and the bunk beds had missing steps and a broken step. One of the major problems is that the house has one very small bathroom upstairs, and when you have 8 people needing to use that bathroom, it just doesn't work. The stairs are very steep, and you wouldn't want to send your guests up and down those stairs all night. I have rented many, many houses throughout the last 25 years on VRBO and have never been this disappointed with the house and how it is designed for comfort. And the kitchen like I said is really bad. The house was too small for our group , which was 5 teenagers and 4 adults. Not comfortable at all. Also there were not enough hand towels and wash cloths for everyone. Just too many things that caused us to be uncomfortable for a two night stay. I have never given a bad review before, but I was so uncomfortable at this house and would never rent it again.
