Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment as well as the shared backyard.

The Neighborhood:
Lakeview has it all! Enjoy this exceptional location, with Southport Corridor's top amenities just steps away.
Lakeview's best bars and restaurants are all nearby!
Whole Foods, Target, Jewel Osco, Walgreens, the Brown Line, Wrigley Field all within walking distance (or short Uber ride)

Getting Around:
A great way to travel around Chicago is the "L" train. There are many lines that will take you to just about any part of town. The Brown Line Southport stop is minutes North of the apartment.

You can also rent scooters/bikes/e-bikes from many locations to ride around the city.
Uber/Lyft is also very convenient for longer distances.

Parking is sometimes a challenge in Chicago, there are many metered streets to parallel park; pay attention to posted signs. SpotHero (app/website) is a great tool for garage or dedicated parking.

(Pet Policy)
We are delighted to welcome your furry friends but do have some guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Our pet policy allows one small, crate-trained, well-behaved dog per stay. We understand that new environments can be overwhelming for pups, so please keep in mind that you are responsible for your dog’s behavior during your stay.

Additional Details:

Pet Cleanup: We ask that guests pick up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. If there are any "surprises" left behind, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added.

Barking: Excessive barking that disturbs other residents may lead to a $100 disturbance fee. We’ve equipped the apartment with a noise monitor that alerts us if noise levels are too high. As this is a multi-unit building, we want to ensure everyone enjoys their space peacefully.

Crating and Noise Management: To help manage any anxiety or barking, we strongly encourage the use of the provided crate. We also recommend using white noise (like the TV or a fan) to keep your dog calm.

Dog Walking Recommendations: If your dog needs a walk, we’d be happy to provide local dog walker recommendations. Just let us know!

(Parking): Directly in front of the building is free/no permit required. Other locations in the neighborhood may be 'pay to park' or 'permit required' so please pay attention to the posted signs. We always leave daily parking passes for how ever many nights you are staying!
