Our space itself is comfortable and well-maintained, providing guests with a cozy and relaxing stay. You`ll have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay, from spacious rooms to modern amenities.

Please, no smoking, vaping, e-Cigs, candles, or any smoke-producing items inside the house at any time. We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for any evidence of smoking inside the property. We are okay with you smoking on the OUTSIDE patio, but please clean up after yourself.
There is an additional fee of $100 per person for any extra guests staying the night other than the parties listed on the reservation. Thanks!
Items Left Behind/Returns
We are not responsible for any items left behind. IF YOU LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE BEHIND, PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP. We do not permit entry into the space after check out time (11 am). If any items are left behind, we can not guarantee that we will be able to return it to you. However, if any items are found we must charge a $30 handling fee plus postage and any other fees required to return items to you. Thank you.
Any missing keys will be subject to a $100 fee, along with any other fees included in re-entry.
No Parties, this will result in a $500 fee.
We would like to inform you that a $100 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your account. This pre-authorization is a standard procedure to ensure the security of our services and is not an immediate charge.
