Casa @ The Palms is an awesome place to stay while visiting Oakland Park, Wilton Manors, Fort Lauderdale and the Pompano Beach area. This stylish apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The property is full of charm and is very peaceful, but is located very close to all of the wonderful attractions that Fort Lauderdale has to offer. Whether you are looking for a relaxing day at the beach, some great restaurants or nightlife, you'll never be more than a short walk or drive away.
The space
This apartment is newly furnished, freshly painted and very well lit. The owner paid great attention to detail when designing the unit; inside you'll find remote control ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, tasteful decor, and a desk that can be raised or lowered to your desired height that is perfect for remote workers. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen with plenty of space for four people to eat. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen with plates, cups, silverware, glasses, mixing bowls, utensils and cleaning supplies. There is an unique Murphy bed in the living room that stores itself inside the cabinet. The windows and doors are hurricane rated, which eliminates most noise from outside. You can control the temperature with air conditioning units located throughout the apartment.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the unit and patio area. The unit comes with one designated parking space, but a guest parking space is available as well.
Other things to note
A no smoking policy is strictly enforced; please no smoking cigarettes or vaping inside of the unit. An additional $250 will be charged for cleaning if guests smoke inside the unit. Smoking is permitted outside in the front courtyard, on the side patio walkway, or the back patio and backyard. Make sure doors and windows are securely closed when smoking outside.
