- To help keep the neighborhood peaceful, we kindly ask that outdoor gatherings become quieter after 9:00 PM.

- This is a non-smoking home.

- Please help us care for the home by leaving it in reasonably tidy condition and treating furnishings and linens with care.

- If anything isn't working properly, let us know and we'll arrange maintenance as quickly as possible.

- In the unlikely event of an emergency or essential maintenance, the host may need access to the property after notifying you whenever possible.

- Need an extra TV remote? You can use the free Roku mobile app while we arrange a replacement.

Interaction with Guests:

For your convenience, we offer the following amenities upon check-in:

Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and toilet paper

Essential items like washcloths, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent

Out of consideration for the neighbors, we kindly ask that all noise should be lowered below 75 decibels after 9 pm. Should any city authorities visit the property, please contact us immediately. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the need to vacate the premises if law enforcement is involved.



Please note that a gardening company will visit the backyard once a month to perform tree trimming and collect dry leaves.



In the event that something breaks down or malfunctions during your stay, our maintenance team will promptly address the issue within 24 hours.



If your stay coincides with garbage removal days, kindly place the garbage container outside at the front as instructed on the "garbage table" provided within the house.



We understand that plans may change, and you may require a late check-out or an extension of your stay. Please note that late check-out is subject to availability and can be arranged for a fee of $100 until 12 PM or $130 until 2 PM. Please notify us as soon as possible via the chat if you require this service.



To ensure the pool remains clean, it is imperative that the pool cleaners are always connected, if it connected upon arrival. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine issued to the guest.



Please be aware that failure to adhere to the house rules may result in fines for guests.



The host reserves the right to withhold check-in details until the guest accepts and confirms the house rules via the chat thread.
