Located in the timeless Nauset Heights hamlet, this unique vacation getaway provides unparalleled water views of the Atlantic and Nauset Beach, a spacious interior & nostalgic vintage vibes. As an added perk, delicious eats from Nauset Farms, The Barley Neck Inn, Whisk Cafe & The Rail are just a short car ride away.
The living area is located on the second story of the structure creating elevated water views. The living area is divided into two sections and connected by a spacious exterior deck. The main living area located in the Guest Unit consists of a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities you could need for preparing dinner and then grilling it up on the gas grill outside. Whether it's burgers & hot dogs, fresh caught local fish or ribeye steaks, somehow your dinner will just taste better when it is enjoyed outdoors on either deck or in the gazebo. Of course, you'll spend as much time as possible on the partially covered deck overlooking the ocean. There is a bedroom with a King bed in this section along with a full bathroom. The second living area located in the Carriage Studio is a few steps across the deck and is the second sleeping area with two double beds plus a half bath. On the ground level, there are two outdoor showers plus an additional full interior bath.
The property is part of a larger estate and features a gorgeous ornamental English Garden in the shape of the compass rose. Wander through the pathways or relax in the gazebo at the center of the garden. A truly rare and delightful feature!
Nauset Beach is accessible via private stairs down the bluff. Walk for miles along the beach and keep an eye out for whale spouts! When you spend a good amount of money for a perfect summer vacation, you want to be sure before you commit. That's why we take the time to carefully and completely answer all your questions by phone or email.
