As of 2025, all of the carpeting inside the home has been removed and replaced with new, luxury vinyl planking, specifically in the bedrooms. We are so excited to share this stunning upgrades with you!
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living and kitchen area designed with comfort in mind. This bright, airy space provides plenty of room for everyone to gather and unwind. The living room offers a sofa, love seat, and a reclining accent chair—perfect for lounging while watching your favorite shows on the large wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
Tucked into a cozy nook at the back of the room, you'll find the queen-sized sleeper sofa, which provides additional sleeping space without sacrificing comfort. This nook also includes an accent chair, end tables with lamps, a coffee table, and large windows that allow natural light to fill the room. A ceiling fan adds a touch of comfort for those warmer evenings.
Moving into the kitchen, you'll find stunning granite countertops, ample workspace, and plenty of cabinet storage. Fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, this kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. We also provide a coffee maker and toaster as well. If dining out is more your style, a variety of excellent restaurants are just a short ride away, and food delivery options like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates are also readily available.
Guests will also find two dining tables and extra seating at the island, providing plenty of room for guests to enjoy a home-cooked meal or a quick snack.
Moving on to the bedrooms, the master suite is a true retreat. It features a king-sized bed, two end tables, a dresser, and a wall-mounted TV. The private walk-in closet offers plenty of shelving and storage space, making it easy for you to unpack and settle in. Guests staying in the master bedroom will enjoy the luxury of their own en-suite bathroom, complete with a gorgeous marbled-look shower, sliding glass doors, a granite double vanity sink with underneath storage, and an oversized mirror.
The second bedroom is home to a cozy queen-sized bed, an end table, a wall-mounted TV, a window for natural light, a ceiling fan, and a private closet.
Just off the second bedroom is the guest bathroom, which features a full-sized shower and tub combo, a granite countertop sink with underneath storage, a mirror, and a toilet.
The third bedroom is the perfect spot for kids or close friends, offering two twin-sized beds, a dresser, two lamps, a wall-mounted TV, a ceiling fan, and a window that lets in natural light. This room also has its own private closet.
For added convenience, the home is equipped with a private washer and dryer located in the laundry room off the kitchen. Further past the laundry room, you'll find the garage.
Pet lovers will appreciate the fully fenced yard, providing a secure place for your pets to run and play freely. When making your reservation, please select '1 Pet' even if you plan to bring two pets. This is because the pet fee is a flat charge and does not depend on the number of pets accompanying you. Choosing '1 Pet' will ensure that the correct fee is applied to your booking. We do ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that they be crated when you're away from the property. This is important for the care of the home and for vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel who may need access to the property. Failure to pick up after your pets may result in fines, so please help us keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone!
This home is located in a prime area of Murrells Inlet, SC. Just a short drive away is the Garden City Pier, which stretches 668 feet into the water, with no fee to take a stroll along it. During the summer, you can enjoy live music from 8 pm to midnight, with the pier reserved for fishing from midnight to 6 am. Please note that pier hours may vary seasonally. Right across the street from the pier, you'll find an arcade for some family-friendly fun. Pieradise Cafe, located on the pier, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the season, and nearby restaurants like Sara J's Seafood, Original Sam's Corner, Gulf Stream Cafe, and Marlin Quay Marina offer a variety of dining options.
Please note that there are dummy cameras on the outside of the property near the front and back of the home. These cameras are NOT actively recording. They are not plugged in and cannot record. We respect your privacy and want you to enjoy the home and comfort!
We want to make your stay as hassle-free as possible, so we provide towels, washcloths, hand towels, bedding, pillows, linens, and all the essentials you'll need. We also supply starter toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, and soap, so you can focus on enjoying your time here.

The house was very clean, up-to-date furnishings and in great condition. It was pet friendly with a large fenced in yard. It is very convenient to all our favorite restaurants and several public golf courses.

What a great property! We were in town for a workshop, and this was the perfect location. The home is spacious, incredibly clean and extremely well-stocked. The property management company is great and the representatives with whom we spoke were very responsive. The backyard is really big, and our pup loved it. Don’t miss the Marsh Walk, Huntington Beach State Park or Brookgreen Gardens, all of which are close to this property.

Nice place and beautiful outside
The amount of space was great. Water pressure was great for showing. Very clean and maintained very up on things with even pest control. Definitely would stay again. The only thing was sink due to someone previously placed screw down drain caused issues for us to do dishes or use dishwasher for some time so we could not eat there and make dinners.
